The owner is a nice guy but he has a revolving door of employees who do not know what they are doing. On an oil change I watched a "mechanic" drain the oil and then went to fill it with new oil without changing the filter. It wasn't until I confronted him and asked him to show me where the filter is located, that he went and changed the filter. No thanks, never again.

Terrible experience – don’t waste your time here! Went into Star Tire and was told to wait outside because my car would be “next.” I waited and waited, only to watch several cars that arrived after me get taken in before mine — clearly because they were friends or regulars who knew the owner. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. They treat customers they don’t know like they don’t matter. I’ll never come back here and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Rather to pay more and go to CT At least they say it will be long wait

I went here to get my winter tires changed and was disappointed with the service. The appointment system didn’t seem organized, and my car was left unfinished while they worked on other vehicles. The process felt unprofessional, and it didn’t seem like they valued the customer’s time. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

I’ve never been treated this bad in my entire life. No joke. They were so incredibly rude and mean. While I was waiting, I also seen the way they treat their other customers, so so bad, I was in shock. I went in to buy rims and was just asking a few questions because it was my first time ever buying rims and the guys started swearing at me in their language under their breath and started making fun of me and laughing. They were trying to sell me three brand new rims and they tried to sell me a display rim but full price (it was dirty). I am an extremely quiet person, I nearly began to burst into tears that I just walked out. Also while I was there a customer came in and they forgot to do their tires. I came here to install my winter tires and was disappointed with how things were handled. The way they manage appointments is confusing, and my car was left waiting while other vehicles were taken in. The service didn’t feel professional, and it seemed like my time wasn’t respected. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Very disappointed with the experience at this tire shop today and experienced in my opinion unethical and aggressive behaviour here. I asked for a specific brand of tires over the phone and was quoted for them 130$ each. When I arrived I spoke with them and confirmed that they still had the tires in stock with the lead worker on site. After removing 2 of my tires I was explained that they did not have the tires in stock that I was told at the start of the interaction but had 2 other brands available. I spent about 5 minutes reviewing the 2 other brands online and had limited information but was reassured by the lead worker that the better of the 2 brands in his opinion and that I Should “trust him”.
