My wife and i bought a car from them 2 years ago, from their Finch and Keele location and at that time the manager at that location was the brother of the owner. The odometer was fixed cause at the time of my purchase the car had less klms than the last inspection on Carfax which was done 4 months prior to my purchase by the Mercedes dealer in Oakville. Also when we went to inspect the car and take it for a test drive, the price was $26999 but when we went the next day to sign the contract the price magically went up to $29999......glad i had copies from their online ad with the $26999 price. Be aware future buyers.

Please stay away from this dealership. I bought a car from the finance manager, Ali, last September, and the whole experience has been a complete nightmare. Right from the beginning there were red flags. They wouldn’t let me test drive the car and told me they were a showroom-only dealership. That should have been enough for me to walk away, but I really liked the car because it was a rare spec and colour. They also told me there was a 1,000 km warranty included with the purchase, so I decided to take the chance. After I drove the car home, I noticed a really strong vibration coming from the rear every time I turned. I called Ali right away and told him about it. He said not to worry and that he would take care of it, and asked me to bring the car back. The dealership is over 40 kms from my house, so I drove all the way there and dropped the car off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! THIS IS A REAL REVIEW OF THIS PLACE. Went here today November 22 2025 to buy a car. They refused to let me test drive the car. You have to wonder what kind of scam is going on here. I am a serious buyer with cash and there was no way they would take the car out. They were so arrogant it was incredible. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I bought elsewhere today, they gave the keys and half a tank of gas, said enjoy and left me with the car. THIS PLACE IS NOT NORMAL, there is a reason for their terrible behavior. On June 2, 2026, I saw an ad for a 2014 Black Mercedes C350 with 52k kilometres on it selling for $17,888 at Mr. Motor Inc. in North York, Toronto. I called them to inquire if the car was still available and spoke with a salesperson named Ali. He told me the car was still available and was in pristine condition having had only one owner. Ali also said that the car had never been driven in winter. I asked if everything was working on the car and Ali told me everything was in excellent condition. Ali sent videos of the inside, underneath and outside of the car. I gave Ali a deposit of $1000 to hold the car for me as I was coming from Ottawa. Ali mentioned that there would be an additional fee of $999 added to the car price for PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) of the vehicle. I made arrangements for my husband and I to travel by train from Ottawa to Toronto to purchase the vehicle. When we arr

I was there to trade in my car and get another one.I am a serious buyer, but they gave me $3000 for mine trade so I sed No that was an insult. Went to another car dealer and Bought the car that I wanted lower mileage and no accidents and they gave me 2.5 times more money for my trade in.This place wants to make money on both sides buying and selling plus I got much better Financing % with another dealer. This place sucks I spent there 5 min and walked out. The car I was trying to buy was after accident too and mine was 1 owner I bought it new.

DO NOT buy a car from here. We purchased a used 2020 Jaguar I Pace. On the 3 hour drive back, we stopped to charge and it wouldn't start. Called Mr. Motor and they said it must just be the 12 volt battery and they would cover the price. We had to get it boosted and then take it to the Jag dealership in Ottawa. the cost was over $800 and Mr. Motor refused to pay. They also sold us an extra warranty that was not accepted by Jag for any repairs. We have put in close to 30k over the past 1.5 years. All battery issues that the warranty wouldn't cover. Mr. Motor is a scam.
