I usually don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact, I previously left this salon a positive Google review because their hair coloring and hair care services are excellent and cause much less damage to the hair compared to many other salons. However, I want to share my experience so others don't go through what I did. Whatever service you get here, I would strongly recommend not getting a haircut. It's been a few months since I had my haircut with one of the stylists, and my hair was left noticeably uneven. I had to go to another salon to have it corrected, which meant cutting even more hair off and leaving my hair much shorter than I wanted. Unfortunately, I had a wedding to attend with that haircut, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. I still paid the full price for the haircut, and even though it's been a while, I was disappointed by the experience for months. I'm onl

I did not have a great experience. The lady I booked my hair appointment with (shadi), didn’t even show up for the appointment. Someone else did the colouring and when shadi finally showed up, it was to get her own hair done (her excuse was that she needed to shower for an event so she cancelled her morning (without telling her customer!!). I was quoted $20 for manicure and at the time of payment they asked for $25. I was also told that blow dry is included with the price of hair colouring, however they wanted to charge extra $60 for picking up the iron (without informing me that it is extra! I would have been perfectly fine with a simple blow dry). My hair style fell apart after a few hours and I had to use my Dyson to redo everything again for my event in the evening. They quoted me $60 for root dye over the phone, but then asked for $90 after, saying my root was too long. That’s fine.

Don’t pay much attention to this salon’s advertisements because the owner lacks professionalism. When you’re not professional in your behavior, you won’t be professional in your work either, and eventually, you’ll lose a lot of clients, especially in the Iranian community. This salon contacted me last minute to be their bridal model because one of their models canceled. I accepted without any payment, and they asked me to come to the salon at 7 a.m. on Sunday. For this, I woke up at 5 a.m. on my day off, took a shower, washed my hair, and since I was in the middle of moving, I opened my boxes to find high heels. When I left, it was snowing heavily, and I drove from Sheppard-Yonge to Richmond Hill. However, when I arrived, after just a few minutes, they told me they didn’t have a dress in my size!
