This was my first Botox experience, and unfortunately I was not satisfied. Before the procedure, no one asked me about my medical history, allergies, or any important health information. When the doctor came in, there was almost no consultation. I expected some evaluation, recommendations, and explanation based on my face and concerns, but the procedure started very quickly and with little communication. I even had to ask myself which Botox brand was being used and specifically requested Dysport. The syringe was already prepared beforehand, and the product was never shown to me. I was not informed about how many units would be used before the injections started. At checkout, I was simply told that “more product was used,” so the price was higher. I have known Dr. Barikbin since he was a dermatology resident. He is very up-to-date and patient, and I hold him in high regard; however, three weeks ago I had a fiber injection for some fine lines below my lip and for my smile lines, but unfortunately, there wasn't much of a change, and I was not satisfied. Furthermore, his receptionist told me I would have to pay for a touch-up, a policy I do not appreciate.

I called this clinic to ask about Botox and filler prices, but unfortunately the receptionist was very rude. She kept interrupting me and didn’t even let me finish my question. A clinic should treat potential clients with basic respect. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

I went there last year, Dr Barikbin sat with his legs wide open on his chair too close to me, made me so uncomfortable. He smirked at me when I told him my forehead has a sharp pain after Botox. They charged for consultation which is free in other places and on top of all, he prescribed under his colleague’s name. All the behaviour that we see in Iran and we escaped from!!
