I am incredibly grateful to this entire team. A special thank you to the ladies at the front desk for their patience, kindness, and understanding, and to Dr. Atri and Soodh for the care they showed me during my appointment. After years of trying to get answers to questions about my health, I finally felt genuinely cared for and informed. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I actually cried. Dr. Atri’s expertise and thoroughness gave me answers I had been searching for for a very long time, and Soodh was incredibly patient and compassionate throughout the process. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. I am so thankful for the time and attention they gave me and for the way they treated me with such compassion. great medical imaging centre, friendly, helpful staff and convenient location. they went out of their way to call me back the same day I missed the x-ray portion of my appointment. x-rays don't require an appointment. five-star rating well deserved

I attended the Rosedale Medical Imaging Clinic on June 9, 2026 for an ultrasound procedure. I had a great experience. My doctor sent the requisition to them on June 8th and they called me on the morning of June 9th with appointment openings at 2:00 or 3:00 PM that day. I took the 2:00 PM appointment. When I arrived I did not have to wait for the procedure. The procedure was performed by Reza Sajadi, an ultrasound technican. He was professional, respectful, kind and had great bedside manners, He had to apply the gel to my lower abdomen and he asked permission the tuck in the paper towel in my underwear to keep the gel off my underwear. He spoke in a reassuring manner and explained what he what he was going to do throughout the procedure. I recently visited the Rosedale Medical Imaging ultrasound clinic for my 8-year-old son, and had a truly positive experience. Dr. Soodeh was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in a simple and reassuring way, which really helped ease my son’s anxiety. It’s not always easy for children to feel comfortable in medical settings, but Dr. Soodeh handled the situation with great care and empathy. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and the staff were courteous and supportive. We didn’t feel rushed at any point, and all our questions were answered thoroughly. Overall, the experience was very smooth and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Soodeh to other parents looking for a caring and reliable ultrasound service for their children.

I'd rate no stars if I could. Absolutely do NOT come here if you're a female. They do NOT respect any part of your privacy. I had an ultrasound scheduled and when I arrived to the room, the tech asked me to change into a gown, but didn't leave the room. When I asked her to leave the room so I could undress, she REFUSED to do so and said "don't worry, my back is turned and I'll be at my desk". I reiterated that for my privacy, I wanted her to LEAVE the room so I could get changed and settled, and that she could knock and return in a minute. She again refused and told me to go to the change room instead. I said that I did not feel comfortable with this there were men outside the common change areas, but as she repeatedly refused to leave the room for a minute so I could get changed, I had to use the change room. Similar happened when I needed to get dressed. She refused to leave the room w

Fantastic experience at Rosedale Imaging, glad this center is in our neighbourhood and highly efficient at what they do. Mornings to Afternoon are the best times to get X-rays as they are based on first come first serve. I was in at 11:40 and out by 12:10. My Radiology Tech (Ms Nazali) was precise, quick and delicate in guiding me with my Hip X-rays. Her confidence in what she does gave me a lot of reassurance. Strongly recommended

I received a letter from the government offering a free mammogram check-up, so I booked my appointment at Rosedale. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Last Sunday, I received a call asking me to confirm my full name and to follow up on my mammogram. I assumed the call was from the centre, since that was the only place I had the test done. The lady on the phone booked another appointment for me after work on Monday and gave me an address. When I arrived, I was shocked to find myself standing in front of an abandoned-looking building. I questioned whether it was the right place. I went upstairs to the second floor and discovered it was actually a “wellness centre” offering weight-loss programs, acupuncture, and massage. I checked my phone again, comparing the phone number I had received with the number on the wall—it matched. This was the place? I immediately left, not wanting to

If this is your first ultrasound and you are excited about your pregnancy, I would not recommend this location. I felt robbed of what should have been a special first experience. The technician was cold, dismissive, and unwilling to answer our questions. She also did not provide anything to wipe off the gel, leaving it all over my gown. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and disappointing.

I had a very bad experience with this place; it was extremely disorganized and chaotic. Initially, I went for a chest and underarm sonography, but the person who performed it, Mrs. Firouzeh, did not sonograph my underarm at all. Even when I asked, she told me she had done it, but I know exactly where it should have been, and it wasn’t there. Because I wasn’t satisfied, I rescheduled with another doctor and emphasized that I wanted to see Dr. Kalantary. However, the receptionist didn’t record it. Even though I got another appointment after two weeks, I was there on time, and after 30 minutes of waiting, they told that the doctor I wanted had left an hour earlier, and now someone else would do it. They are extremely disorganized; they do not respect people’s time at all. I do not recommend this clinic.

Not professional! Technicians doesn’t seem very well knowledgeable. There was one guy, he was working as a technician but he was not able to understand and speak properly in English, wonder how he got his license for his job. Also, their test report is just one line always, doesn’t seem well understandable and not in detail.

Friendly staff, including the technician, quick and easy service.

This is my second time coming for pregnancy ultrasound.
