Pretty okay exchange rate. Exchanged some euros and American dollars. If it was a one-to-one I would have gotten around $800 but I ended up only getting $785. It's a pretty good exchange rate especially compared to their competitors in the area the reason why it's a three-star review. Is because of what they've got inside of the door. The reason why they only have five star reviews is because you get a better rate if you leave a better review. I chose not to take them up on the offer, I take pride in the reviews I make. So overall it's a pretty good exchange rate but keep in mind these reviews were bought out rather than honestly given. I can't speak for everybody here but but I think a lot of people would take them up on the offer for the better exchange rate for the really good review. So it's only worth mentioning. Still I think they're the best in town compared to everybody else?

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They clearly do not value their clients. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This location does not honor the exchange rates advertised on their website. They quoted 1.3789 CAD/USD online but only offered 1.365 in person

I have never met a Ria Money Transfer customer service provider who is more rude than the one I met here....... The western union service provider is nice though 💯 percent good customer service.
