Ava Exchange

Here’s a polished review you can use: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this exchange service. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. The exchange rates were competitive, and the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. Everything was transparent, and I felt confident that I was getting great value. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy currency exchange services. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I’ve used Ava Exchange about 4–5 times so far to transfer money, with the help and guidance of Ms. Niaz. Honestly, every time their rates have been among the most competitive and fair in the market, and the transactions have been completed faster than usual. I was introduced to Ava Exchange by a friend, and now after working with them several times, I confidently recommend them to my own friends as well.

I had a great experience at Ava exchange office. The service was trustable, fast, and professional, and the rates were very good compared to other places. I really appreciated how honest and helpful the staff were — everything was clear, quick and easy, no hidden fees or confusion. Definitely recommend if you want good prices, honest service and looking for a reliable currency exchange!

Great customer service. Quick and without any hassle. Thank you Niaz!

Excellent service, reliable, helpful, and easy to work with. As her amazing reviews reflect, she is highly recommended.

Ava Exchange is the best Iranian currency exchange in the heart of Richmond Hill! They offer reliable service, fair exchange rates, and fast transactions. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and always follow up to make sure everything goes smoothly. If you want peace of mind and a trustworthy experience, I highly recommend Ava Exchange. You won't need to go anywhere else!

There was a delay to deliver the money due to internet connection however it got explained and fixed

Very disappointed with their service. Yesterday they informed the exchange rate and I asked for their account number to make the transfer, but after that they completely stopped responding. When I followed up today, they refused to honor the rate they had given and said it would now be based on today’s price. This is very unprofessional and unreliable behavior. I would not recommend dealing with them if you expect honesty and commitment to their word.

I called them on the phone, i was told the exchange rate from USD to CAD is 1.38; i drove to them and when i went there they offered me lesser rate (1.375) although she confirmed it is 1.38 twenty minutes ago on the phone. I had other nearer shops offering the same rate of 1.375; but i drove extra 20 minutes to be scammed.

Do not trust them. I called them and they gave me a rate but, when I came all the way to their shop they lied about the rate and changed it to completely different.

Inconvenient and the teller lied to us about neighboring exchange places not accepting debit (Probably trying to keep business for themselves). The site also shows better exchange rates than what they offer you when you walk in.

Super friendly staff, great rates, and fast service.

They offer reliable service, fair exchange rates, and fast transactions.

I recently send money to my back home country and had an exceptional experience.
