DO NOT GO HERE. They burned my hair and refused to take any responsibility. The staff is incredibly rude when confronted with their own mistakes. Total lack of professional ethics. Save your hair and your money—go somewhere else where they actually know what they’re doing and treat customers with respect. مدیریت سالن، خانم محجوبه سنچلی (Mahjoubeh Sancholi)، به‌جای مسئولیت‌پذیری، طوری رفتار می‌کند که انگار می‌خواهد صدقه بدهد! من مبلغ ۴۰۰ دلار را مستقیماً به خودِ سالن پرداخت کردم و این یعنی طرف حساب من بیزنس شماست. نتیجه کار فاجعه‌بار بود: جلوی موهای من سوخته و پشت موها اصلاً هایلایت نشده است. دیروز محجوبه سنچلی با پذیرش آسیب، وعده اکستنشن و ترمیم داد، اما امروز طوری رفتار می‌کند که انگار جبران خسارت یک "لطف" است! ایشان با بهانه غیرقانونیِ "درصدی بودن آرایشگر" از مسئولیت شانه خالی می‌کند. تأسف‌بارتر اینکه: ۱. بدون اجازه صدای مرا ضبط کرده و فیلم‌هایم را بدون رضایت در اینستاگرام پخش کرده‌ان
