Although the jewelry is very pricey compared to what I seen in the states, & elsewhere, but my gold journey did spark here. I have been recently getting into gold jewelry for aesthetic reasons & its great for investing rather than other things. They also have beautiful bracelets, and necklace/sets. Amazing customer service & the salesman gave me a good overview of the industry, investing, what to look out for, etc. Bonus points since it is Afghan owned lol

i was so excited to return to Gold Palace Jewelry after a wonderful first visit. Unfortunately, my second time was a letdown. The staff seemed disinterested, and the previously welcoming atmosphere was gone. If you are not going to treat customers nicely, especially if customers arent planning to buy or their business is growing, then don't be rude and still ask what they're looking for. While the jewelry's quality and prices are competitive, the poor customer service, particularly from a staff member in a suit and tie, has made me reconsider recommending this place. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. The salesman is so unexcusably rude for no reason and so unreasnable. The customer service is awful and item we bought is very obviously of low quality, definitely not worth the price at all! Do not cheapout. Purchase elsewhere, this place will only dissapoint you and you'll just be wasting money. If I could give it a 0/5 stars I very much would.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gold store. After comparing prices with other gold shops, it became clear that their prices are significantly higher. It honestly felt like they were trying to charge as much as possible rather than offering fair value. If you don’t already know the current market price of gold or don’t carefully compare prices beforehand, you could easily end up paying much more than you should. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I never felt welcomed or valued as a customer. Instead of taking the time to explain the pricing or answer questions honestly, I felt pressured to make a purchase. The entire interaction gave me the impression that making a sale was far more important than treating customers fairly or building trust.
