Cart Mart

Very disappointing experience. We waited over a month for this order after placing it on March 27. The delivery kept getting delayed with no clear updates. According to the UPS tracking information, the package was eventually returned back to Cart Mart and received by them on April 29, yet I still received no communication or resolution afterward. I contacted them multiple times through WhatsApp asking for updates and support, but I received no response at all. Waiting over a month and then being completely ignored after they already had the package back is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Excellent service and quality! Impressed by the thoughtful packaging and the freshness of all the products. Great selection of trusted Persian brands, fast delivery, and fair pricing. I truly hope they maintain this high standard moving forward.

I’m really impressed with Cart Mart! The packaging was excellent, all the products were fresh, and the shipping was super fast—even from Canada to the U.S. Their customer service is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
