This place has started doing brunch and the food was really good. Generous portions and the bread is so fresh! Grill gate always known for delicious burgers but I’m happy to see them do brunch now. My only critique is the drinks have too much milk especially for the cost. Other than that great service and comfortable, spacious atmosphere. Will definitely be back

The service was really good. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to our requests, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The atmosphere at Gate Cafe has a nice family vibe it was quite lively and I really liked that there was live piano performance too! It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed evening out with family or friends. We ordered the waffle with bananas, strawberries and icecream that was big enough for two along with milkshakes. The waitresses are just a bunch of rude highschool girls? Who don't know anything about working in a sophisticated cafe like this. It's very nice inside and I like what they offer, but the rude and stuck-up personality of these girls is off-putting. They're more suited for working at a McDonalds. Please hire some more mature and well-manned girls who are sweeter and pleasant to deal with

I ate an omelet at your restaurant today. The omelet was very sour and not soft. Also, you listed the price as $16.99, but when it was done, you charged me $28 without me adding anything. I’d give this place a minus if I could. 3 of us met for coffee. We had one cup each and the server brought us a small pot for refills. The coffee was Very Weak. The bill? $36. You read that right!! I love to support a local business but this is OUTRAGEOUS.

We walked in and got a table quickly. We were then promptly ignored for roughly 20 minutes while tables that were seated after us were helped. We didn't even have a chance to ask for water since we had waitresses ignoring us, and even pointing at us from across the room. This was unfortunate as the menu did seem good, and we were excited to visit this place. Whether it was because we were a group of gay men or from the USA, I'm not sure, but it's unfortunate either way.

When I went to go eat, there was no water served in the beginning. The food was mid and the only good server was the guy in the YAO ming jersey. The food was expensive for its not as good quality. I do not recommend this please. I do enjoy the atmosphere as there was a pianist and some calm music and comfy chairs. Overall, 3/10

I tried out this café on July 27, 2023. Unfortunately on this date their fan or vent was out of order so they were unable to make a lot of the menu items. I did manage to try a few items which are included in the photos and so my rating is based off of those items. Even though I didn’t try all the items that I wanted to purchase originally, I can still happily give this establishment a five out of five rating! The food that was available was delicious. Burger was delicious. The sandwich was delicious. There were so many unique combinations of burgers and sandwiches, and the dessert menu was also something to rave about. This restaurant had great café vibes where you were able to work in the café, but also seems so nice to just go on a cute little date or a small family meal. I would definitely recommend it to others and I cannot wait to come back and try the rest of the menu options!

Hamburger bread was crispy , beef meat juicy.
