I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. On February 6th, I went to the clinic for my first laser eyebrow removal session. I left with significant bruising and bleeding. As it was my first time undergoing this type of procedure, I trusted that this reaction could be part of the normal healing process. However, during the healing phase, I noticed that the treated area became noticeably darker than my natural skin tone. This change was unexpected and concerning. On February 16th, I contacted Anna to express my concerns and seek clarification, but I did not receive a response. Communication and proper follow-up are essential after any cosmetic laser procedure, especially when unexpected reactions occur. As you’ll notice their posted minutes apart. Do not trust reviews***** I’ve had several ongoing issues throughout my nearly two years of attending this clinic for tattoo removal of a small 3-inch tattoo. The majority of problems have revolved around appointment availability and scheduling practices. Due to work, I can only book late weekday appointments (around 4–5 PM). I try to book weekends when available. Despite their listed hours until 6 PM, they’ve repeatedly attempted to move my appointments earlier. On one occasion, they even changed my appointment time without my approval and then acted hostile when I arrived at the originally agreed-upon time—despite it clearly being written in their own scheduling boo

Very rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time Edit for response: It was 100% mentioned the size and colour during the initial conversation. I told you during the appointment I would be willing to do treatment in smaller sections. Also it was not a consultation as we discussed. I canceled another appointment for that day with the understanding we would start treatment immediately, this is why you asked the date of my last treatment to make sure the 6 weeks had passed. During the appointment you were very dismissive and rude. Your response further proves that you manipulate the situation in order to fit your narrative.

Unfortunately their laser gun and equipments are very old.I’d gone there to remove my eyebrows tattoo but after 5 seasons of laser removal still tattoo marks there. I don’t recommend.👎

Unfortunately, I didn't like any about this. I didn't like the treatment, environment or staff. I felt uncomfortable. And they charge me an extra 12 dollars that I didn't understand why. So shame
