In my experience, using a property management service like Kashaneh to rent out your home may not be the best value for most homeowners. They do not appear to have access to marketing channels beyond what you could use yourself, such as Facebook Marketplace or Airbnb, yet they charge significant additional fees on top of the platform costs. For most homeowners, self-managing your rental or opting for a long-term lease arrangement tends to be a more cost-effective approach.

Unprofessional and dishonest. I was quoted one price, but after I paid, they added extra charges with no explanation. Feels like they take advantage of customers. Avoid at all costs.
