We paid the lawyer’s fees in full, but later realized that they had no effective solution for our case and could not fulfill the promises they initially made. Therefore, we decided to stop working with them and requested a refund. However, they refused to refund even half of the amount and told us that the payment was non-refundable. It is truly disappointing that some lawyers take money from people who are in difficult situations and genuinely need help by making promises they cannot keep. There were only three of us: my mother, my sister, and me. My mother worked very hard to earn this money, yet despite paying the full amount, our case did not move forward at all. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and based on what happened to us, I would not recommend this law firm.

If you want your immigration case ruined and your chances completely destroyed, this is the office to go to. No one cares, no one takes responsibility, and nobody gives clear answers. Extremely unprofessional experience from start to finish. I regret trusting them with such an important matter.

You want a seat back and read this I just called Ms. Tabatabi office because I need a consultation regarding a immigration case after I spoke with the receptionist was young lady she even didn’t introduce her self properly she told me today I can’t not talk to her and has to be next week then I told her I can’t Monday because I’m at work then she said let me see if I can schedule you for today between clients it’s going to be consultation of $250 Ca and I told her it’s fine I provide her my email address so she can send me the link and I didn’t receive however she calls me back and she ask me if Receive the email and I told her no and she said strange I even send it Twice then I told her wait second let me check my junk email she thought I’m lying to her or something and I was just try to have Friendly conversation with her saying I should go to law school 5 minutes of conversation 250

I’m writing this to warn everyone — please don’t ever trust this company. We lost two valuable years of our life because of their unprofessional, careless, and money-minded approach. They are only active when it comes to taking payments, but after that, they completely ignore your calls and messages. We were mainly dealing with Pantaa, who was extremely unhelpful and had no proper knowledge or manners. We requested hundreds of times to speak directly with the lawyer Ms. Tabatabaee, but they never connected us with her — only gave excuses after excuses. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. There were easier and faster ways to handle our immigration process, but they never informed us. Instead, they made us run in circles, wasting our time, money, and peace of mind. In the end, we were the ones guiding them on what to write in our visa cover letter because they clearly had

Their team was unprofessional, disorganized, and even rude in their communication. We expected expert guidance and reliable service, but instead After a long wait, we received a rejection without any clear explanation, and even they seemed unsure about the reason. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a genuinely professional consulting experience. I don’t even like to give them one star

Disappointing services were provided to my friend. They only care about money, and they barely answer your questions after receiving the money. I would suggest everyone stay away from them and don't waste your money on them. Their rookie staff doesn't know the basics of immigration procedures, and it's unfortunate that people are being misled by their ad.
