She explained the problem, but never gave a clear plan or solution, even after I asked multiple times. Two weeks before I called them and ask to help with a refugee claim they told me they are Busy . They are not accepting new client until January.2024 After two weeks I wait for them now I contact them and explain which I receive d a letter from Immagration which is urgent and I need a lawyer as soon as possible I am running out of my time. Their answer was surprise me . ( we have more client and you don’t have much time you have to pay $ 6000 extra, and then we accept your file ) which I already applied for legal aid and I have accepted letter from legal aid And again I start explaining I have no time because I wait for you guys and now you’re telling me to pay 6000 extra it’s really hard for a refugee with no job to pay 6000 extra and I told them you guys will get pay from legal aid, their answer was no we Did not get paid from legal aid. Please dont give your asylum cases to these lawyers, at first they will be so nice to you but as soon as they get legal aid they wont answer to your phones, emails, messages. no follow up, rude behavior, and zero knowledge, especially about Afghanistan.

They are are very respectful before giving case to them after you give the case they will never reply to you they treat immigrants like salve and treat like they are working for free. I given them money for my case they toke money from me and did nothing when i said have you did follow up for my case they not reply to my to phone call message and behave very rude

You have to pay before you say hello, otherwise you are wasting the lawyer's time, they are really very rude.

dont trust these lawyers, they will give you headache and hard time, especially to asylum seekers.
