This is my second time using Appliance Repair Toronto and again it exceeded my expectations. Eli was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem and then worked with my schedule to have it fix within 36 hours! He was so kind, accommodating and efficient. Could not recommend him or the company anymore! If you need anything appliances fix they are the ones to do it!

The dispatch team was pleasant to deal with and arranged for a local technician to come out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with the technician was very different. My washing machine's drum was not spinning. After running a single cycle, the technician immediately told me the entire motor needed to be replaced at a cost that was close to buying a new washing machine. I asked how he could be certain it was the motor without even opening the machine to inspect it. His response was simply that he had been doing this for 20 years and knew it was the problem. He repeatedly pushed for a full motor replacement and dismissed my questions about whether there could be other causes. I suggested checking the motor brushes or at least opening the machine for a proper diagnosis before recommending such an expensive repair. He insisted that wasn't necessary and continued to recommend th

Had my washer's lid switch replaced and honestly couldn't be happier with how it went. Booking was simple, they kept me updated on timing, and the tech showed up when they said he would. Eli was the one who came out. Got it diagnosed and fixed without any hassle, and was a genuinely nice guy to deal with. Washer's working great now. Would definitely call these guys again if I need anything else fixed.

Terrible experience! If I could give no stars at all, I would. Expensive, no commitment with dates. They promise to fix in maximum 7 days and take double the time, schedule days in advance to install and hours before cancelled again. Would not recommend at all.

I’ve had one of the worst service experiences of my life with this company. They took my deposit over a month ago for a repair that was supposed to be completed in just seven days. Since then, I’ve been left waiting around at home four different times for “appointments” that never happened, usually with no clear time frame or follow‑up.Customer service has been incredibly frustrating — every interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Despite all the delays and broken promises, they still refuse to issue a refund. At this point, I’ve paid more than the cost of a new machine for a repair that still hasn’t even started.I trusted the glowing reviews online, but now I honestly question if they’re real. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did — avoid this company and save yourself the stress and lost time.

Brutal. They sent someone to fix my dryer, and charged me to replace parts - and 2 weeks later the problem is back AND now they won't even talk to me about the situation. They literally hang up on me. DO NOT USE THEM and expect any follow-up if there is a problem

It’s a scam. Do not use this company! They took $369 as a deposit. and has never gotten back to me, so no repairs have been completed. I call the number and it rings and disconnects or a woman answers and immediately transfers me before I have a chance to speak, and then the phone disconnects. I am going to report this company.

The prices is a bit steep - $260 to clean a clogged dishwasher.
