Michael was very friendly and helpful when I brought my 96-year-old grandmother in for passport photos. We were walk-ins and the service was quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable—$25 included both a digital copy and two printed passport photos. That was especially appreciated since the Shoppers Drug Mart across the street quoted roughly twice the cost if you wanted both digital and printed photos. One thing I wanted to mention for anyone applying online: when I got home and tried uploading the digital photo to the Government of Canada passport portal, it was rejected because the image dimensions were smaller than the portal’s minimum requirements. Fortunately, it was an easy fix—I uploaded the JPEG into Canva, resized it to meet the required dimensions, and the application accepted it afterward. We had to do a last minute passport photos for a special visa needed and the studio was able to help us. It only took 10 minutes and the pictures turned out great. ( both digital and hard copies ). The studio is so clean and pretty.

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. I dropped by to print a shipping label, and he took care of it for me completely free of charge. The studio itself is beautifully designed, clean, and has a great atmosphere.

Do Not Recommend! the lights were very very dim so the passport picture taken was very ugly. It makes ur face very yellow n the photographer also does not ask you if it’s okay before printing so yea nope.

We had the worse experience with this business, we went there to take some photo shots for our special event last year in February. Reza Hashemi who took our photos promised to edit and print out 5 selected photos on paper as a part of the deal. He also mentioned he will give us the photos file. However, he didn’t give us the photos file instead he emailed us poor pdf pictures to select. And he never edited or printed out our selected photos as promised to this day. We didn’t take any picture of our special day, ourselves, since we thought we hired a professional! I would definitely give no star to this business if I could.

Fast service, but unlike everywhere else, he didn't want to show me the shots on the camera inside the studio despite my request. When asked him to show me the shots, he said sure but he turned off the lights in the studio took me downstairs in the lobby and then downloaded the files onto the pc, adjusted the colours, then showed me the only 2 shots he took. I felt pressured to choose between the 2! Not a cool move! I get it if there're busy, but they weren't, I was the only customer. Hence 3 stars. Mind you, they are cheaper than Walmart at $14 for 2 passport photos. But they don't take cards, cash only.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Majid. Not only is he a talented photographer, but he is also incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session, and I genuinely enjoyed both the experience and our conversations. His warm personality and positive energy made the photoshoot even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mr. Majid to anyone looking for a skilled photographer and a truly pleasant person to work with.
