I wish Google allowed zero stars!!! I had a very frustrating experience with Connect Insurance and their so called agent: Elaheh Najafi. I sent Elaheh my personal information and renewal quote, explaining that I was leaving the country and needed an updated quote within 48 to 72 hours. I waited six days for a response to my emails and text messages. When she eventually replied, she said she had been busy and dealing with an eye infection. After such a long time ghosting me, Elaheh called and questioned why I was in such a rush, even though I had explained my timing from the start. I called their office twice!!! A manager, Faraz, said himself or another team member would provide a quote. After several follow-ups, Faraz eventually sent one, but it was not competitive with quotes from other companies. My experience with Shahram Binesh was disappointing. From the moment I informed him that I wanted to cancel my policy, his attitude and level of service changed significantly. Instead of assisting me through the process, he became unresponsive regarding settlement and cancellation-related questions. I was repeatedly given incorrect or misleading information, and when I sought help resolving issues with my insurance company, I was told that it was “not his job” and that I should hire a lawyer and sue the insurance company myself. As a broker, I expected professional guidance and support, especially during a difficult claim and cancellation process. I had a very disappointing experience with this brokerage. My assigned broker, Adhifa, was consistently unresponsive. She rarely answered calls, and every simple request took an unusually long time to receive a reply, which made dealing with my request(replace a car in my policy) extremely frustrating. The brokerage assistant, Bahareh, was also difficult to work with. While I want to remain respectful, her communication style felt rushed and not very professional. She often cut me off while I was speaking, and the interactions did not feel polite or customer-oriented. Because of these ongoing issues, I am ultimately canceling my insurance with them. Even after this, they refused to provide the exact cancellation fee, which added even more frustration to an already poor experience. And after all this, they even referred me to contact the insurance company directly instead of assisting.

I had a very disappointing and financially harmful experience with this Insurance and their agent, Zara. Zara provided me with a quote for auto, home, and personal insurance. I called her today to confirm the offer, and she reassured me that if I canceled my current policy by Friday, she would finalize the new one in time. Trusting her word, I contacted my existing provider and scheduled the cancellation. However, less than an hour later, she called me back and said they would not be able to insure me because I didn’t have five years of Canadian driving history — a requirement that had never been mentioned at any stage: not during the initial quote, not when submitting documents, and not during our follow-up call. Before leaving the country for 3 months, I contacted their representative Zahra Pardechi, who promised that my policy would be put on hold and I would only be charged $60/month during my absence. When I returned, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged nearly $2,000 instead. I tried contacting the company multiple times — they ignored my calls and messages for weeks. When I finally reached someone, they said they’d “look into it,” but nothing was done. As a result of these unexpected withdrawals, I was hit with 6 NSF fees of $45 each, which also led to 6 missed payments on my credit file, negatively impacting my credit score.
