Hands down, the best furniture store in the city. Have went to multiple other places across the GTA, and no store compared both in terms of aesthetic, quality and price. Mr. Majid helped my family and I; he was very attentive and patient as we went through the colour variations for certain pieces, and was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we got the best price. Ended up furnishing my whole household through the Lusso showroom; would highly recommend to anyone looking for modern, contemporary and classic furniture; for any room/area in your house. I had a very disappointing experience with this store. My order was delayed by almost a year, and throughout that time I was repeatedly given new delivery dates that were not met. To compensate for the poor experience, the salesperson offered us a free bed, and we selected one together. However, a week or two later, when I followed up, the owner said he would not honour that offer and refused to deliver the bed. Based on my experience, you may be fine if you purchase something that is already in stock and available for immediate delivery. However, I would be very cautious about pre-paying for a custom order or anything that has not yet been fabricated.

I visited Lusso on Sunday, March 10, with two friends who were in search of a condo-sized sofa. Upon entering, the salesperson inquired about our needs, to which we mentioned our interest in sofas. However, after a brief browsing, the salesperson questioned our seriousness as buyers, because we were checking the prices. This unprofessional and rude attitude was unexpected, especially in Canada. It's unfortunate that such behavior tarnished our experience. I recommend the owner to provide proper training to their sales staff before assigning them to customer interactions. As a result of this encounter, I won't be returning to Lusso. .

I recently purchased a coffee table and two side tables from Lusson Home. The salesperson checked their inventory and informed me that the coffee table was available for immediate free delivery, but both side tables were out of stock. However, they mentioned that the side tables were in an incoming shipment and could be delivered in two weeks. Trusting this information, I placed the order and made full payment expecting to receive everything within the promised two-week timeframe. The coffee table was delivered on time, but as the delivery driver was leaving, he asked for a delivery fee. I explained that my order included free delivery, but he wouldn’t accept that. After a brief argument, I attempted to contact the salesperson, but they didn’t answer. However, when the delivery driver called, he picked up immediately. My friends have made 2 purchases with this store, I visited this place twice , the owner is not professional in selling he just want to sell! But a designer girl was so professional and nice. Because of her I went agin for order sofa but she was not there , when I asked sales person , She was so impolite and she didn't know anything about stuff, never visit again
