I had a wonderful experience with Aladdin Travel, especially with Sanaz. She helped me throughout my Netherlands Schengen visa application and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. I just received my visa, and I’m so happy with the result! 😊 A huge thank you to Sanaz for all her help and support. I truly appreciate everything she did and would definitely recommend her and Aladdin Travel to anyone looking for help with their visa application.

I recently used Alaedin Travel Services and was truly impressed. The management, especially Mr. Amirhassan Jafari, was incredibly professional. I booked both my flight and hotel through them, and every step of the process was supported with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this agency to everyone; they provided me with the best travel experience I could have asked for!

"Had a fantastic experience with this agency thanks to Raha Ghazizadeh, travel consultant. She arranged a trip for me to Iran that exceeded all my expectations. She planned the complex tickets necessary for this trip and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. If you're planning a getaway and looking for a professional consultant ask for Raha Ghazizadeh.

We had a very smooth and safe trip today with a very safe driving of Mr Rostamy Thank you very much.

I had a great experience with Alaedin Travel Agency, and especially with Sanaz Bani. My family and I were very meticulous about our flight selection, changing airlines multiple times to find the perfect fit. On top of that, we faced constant flight cancellations. Throughout it all, Sanaz was incredibly kind, responsible, and truly dedicated to finding the right flight for us. She also responded to our messages right away. My family and I are so grateful to have worked with Sanaz and Alaedin Travel Agency.

I wanted to share my experience working with Aladdin Travel Agency regarding my wife’s visa application. We worked with a representative named Nava. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, we felt that we were given misleading information about the visa process. It seemed that promises were made simply to secure our business. We were told that the visa would arrive quickly, but it ended up taking about two and a half months. When the visa was finally issued, the incorrect information provided during the application process resulted in my wife receiving only a one-month visa. Throughout the process, Nava also had a very unprofessional attitude and often spoke to my wife in a disrespectful manner. Whenever we asked questions , we were met with unnecessary comments such as, “You’re not even buying your ticket from us.” Whether a customer chooses to purchase a ticket from a particular age

Poor experience with them. Nava from this Alaedin Travel agency keeps sending advertisement messages and now they are trying to use the situation in Iran as a tool to promote their business and claimingto help passengers who are in Iran and “they are trying to help people who are trapped in Iran and can’t get out”. But they are just using the situation to do free advertising. Nava did not even bother responding to the messages we sent them. Very poor services, Do not recommend them!

We were very disappointed with the service we received. Due to incorrect guidance provided by one of the staff members, Nava, we had to completely change our travel plans. As a result, we were forced to travel during the high season, deal with extreme summer heat, and incur significant additional expenses and losses. What made the situation even more frustrating was that once Nava realized that we had booked our tickets ourselves, she stopped providing any meaningful assistance. Our messages were often left on “seen” without any response, and when she did respond, her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. We expected professional support and accurate information, especially for something as important as travel planning. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. We would not recommend this company based on the poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessi

I do not recommend Alaedin Travel Agency. I paid this agency for a cruise on December 9, 2025, with a departure date of February 12, 2026. In January, due to the situation in Iran, I contacted them and clearly told them that if the cruise had not yet been booked, I wanted it cancelled. They informed me that the cruise had already been booked, so I believed everything was arranged. However, only a couple of days before our trip, they finally sent us the cruise ticket — and we discovered that the cruise had actually been booked only about two weeks before departure, not when they had claimed earlier. This was very misleading and felt dishonest. In addition, when our flight was cancelled, they were not helpful at all. There was no support, no guidance, and basically zero customer service when we needed assistance the most. Because of the lack of transparency, poor communication, and ext

Very poor experience. Our flight was cancelled and we were left stranded abroad. Nava from the agency was unresponsive and provided no assistance. I do not recommend this agency at all

I had an amazing experience working with Nava Farnood as my travel agent. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to finding the best options for me. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations that matched my preferences. What really stood out was her responsiveness and attention to detail. She handled everything smoothly, from flights to accommodations, and made the entire process stress free. Anytime I had a question or needed an adjustment, she was quick to help and always patient. Thanks to Nava, my trip planning was easy and enjoyable. I
