I’ve had a very positive experience with this exchange. Their banking application is user-friendly and convenient, and I really appreciate receiving a receipt for my transactions. The 24/7 customer support is a big plus, especially when you need assistance outside regular business hours. Another thing I really like is that they have active offices in Tehran, Dubai, Istanbul, and Montreal, which makes the service feel much more accessible and reliable. Their Telegram banking service is also very convenient and makes handling transactions quick and easy. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service, professionalism, and accessibility. Highly recommended!

One of the worst services that a client can take from a million exchange currency We transferred a large amount of money from Toronto to Iran by Million exchange currency and they promised us to receive the amount by one biz day, we had one important deal there and also a surgery appointment for my spouse, all of our planned schedules for the agreement and operation were cancelled due to not receiving the money as promised They split our money and transferred it day by day which takes one week to receive😕 We are forced to borrow money from our friends and reschedule our trip as well as a lot of challenges which we have to shoulder to pass that hardship time caused by the exchange currency , Don’t trust them to transfer your money in one or 2biz days and it was one of my worst experiences with them in my life

حمید عصر ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⸻ 🇺🇸🇨🇦 English ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Exchange Service Experience I rarely leave reviews, but Million Exchange truly deserves one. For years, they have helped my family with money transfe

Walked in to exchange money was waiting my turn as there was a client before me. Another client walked in and spoke to the teller in their own language and proceeded to help that customer and leave me standing there waiting although I was there before. Turned around and walked out. DO NOT GO HERE THEY UNLESS YOU ARE PERSIAN or you'll get treated like your nothing.

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They held onto our card for two days—at their own suggestion—for a very small transaction, just because the dollar rate was going up. Every day they came up with a new excuse, and in the end, they claimed the PIN was wrong and said they couldn’t process it, even though the PIN was absolutely correct. Very disappointing experience.

Contrary to the usual procedure, which was carried out after the service fee was fixed, today unfortunately they changed their mind within a few minutes due to their own financial gain and to the detriment of the customer, and when questioned, they had no answer to offer!I really feel sorry for them.

I send money with this company. They promised me they will deliver the money next day, but they give the money back so late. It’s hard to trust these people and they’re not answering the phone when they are on the wrong side. They’re not responding if I can give no star I would’ve. I don’t recommend for anyone this place.

Best Service, Best Rates, Best Staff

I recommend this exchange office for their rate and staffs.

Excellent customer service with the best prices.
