I’ve had a great experience with Danesh Exchange. Their rates are very competitive, and the service is professional and efficient. It’s hard to find a currency exchange you can fully trust, but they make the process seamless every time. Highly recommended!

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Danesh Exchange. On April 13, I transferred money to their account, and they told me the funds would be deposited into the destination account within 5–7 business days. However, by April 25, only around 40% of the money had been transferred. After that, I followed up every single day, asking them to complete the transfer, and every day I was told, “It will be done tomorrow.” It was extremely stressful and upsetting to have to spend my time every day begging to receive my own money. Finally, on April 30!!!, I decided to cancel the transfer and ask for my money back. The dollar amount was returned to my account on May 5!!!, but only after a lot of trouble, repeated follow-ups, and unnecessary stress. I would never recommend working with this exchange. They showed no respect for their customer, their time, or their trust. Whatev

Despite a 5 business day guarantee, my transfer was two days overdue without any clear overview of when it would be done. They seem to prioritize market rates over customer commitments, stalling transfers when the exchange rate is unfavorable. They clearly don't care about the real-world impact these delays have on customer's obligations. I cancelled my order after waiting 11 days and never get back here for any services. That one star is for them being polite.

با این صرافی کار نکنید. کارها بسیار طول می‌کشد و برای دریافت یا انتقال پول خودتان باید بارها پیگیری کنید. پاسخگویی هم مناسب نیست و هر بار با توضیحات تکراری کار را به تعویق می‌اندازند. تجربه ما با این صرافی بسیار بد بود و از نظر من یکی از بدترین تجربه‌هایی بود که با یک صرافی داشتیم. Do not use this exchange if you expect your transaction to be completed on time. The process takes much longer than expected, and you may have to follow up repeatedly just to get your own money. The communication was poor, and we kept receiving repetitive responses while the process was delayed. Our experience was extremely frustrating and one of the worst experiences we have had with an exchange.

خطاب این کامنت مشتریان صرافیه نه خود صرافی یک تراکنش نه چندان زیاد از روز 30 تا روز 40 روز طول کشید. این تاخیر مشکلات بیشماری برایم ایجاد کرد. در این مدت هر روز بخشی از کار و دغدغه من پیگیری طلبم بود. از خواهش و تقاضا تا تهدید به اقدام قانونی و مراجعه پی در پی به دفتر اونها. من 4 سال از خدمات این صرافی استفاده میکردم و مشکلی نداشتم ولی دیگه کار نخواهم کرد. اگر شما هنوز باهاشون کار نکردید خوش شانس هستید که فرصت خوندن نظرات اخیر رو دارید. ولی اگه طلبکارید خودتون رو برای یک پیگیری جدی و طولانی آماده کنید. البته تجربه من این بوده که همیشه پاسخگو و مودب بودن. ولی وعده هاشون محقق نمیشد. و هر روز امروز و فردا شنیدم. فکر میکنم حداقل امرو واقعا تلاششون این بوده که بدهی هاشون رو بدن. امیدوارم مشکل این بیزینس و مشتریان ناراضی ش حل بشه.

بعد از 35 روز پیگیری همه روزه، خواهش و تمنا و مراجعه حضوری فقط تونستم نصف پولم رو بگیرم. من از سال 2022 بطور مستمر با این صرافی کار کرده م و قبلا 5 ستاره داده بودم. بخاطر این موضوع مشکلات مالی و روحی روانی پیدا کردم. تاحالا بخاطر چیزی اینقدر خواهش تمنا نکرده بودم. ولی فقط وعده و وعید و رسیدها حواله هایی که هیچوقت نرسیدند گرفتم. گروه تلگرافی بنام مال باختگان صرافی دانش برای تشریک مساعی افرادی دچار این مشکل شدن وجود داره. امیدوارم مشکل این صرافی و مشتریانش حل بشه

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. It took them three weeks to transfer the money. During that time, I was repeatedly told that the money had either already been transferred or was going to be transferred soon. At one point, they didn’t even seem to know where the money was or what had happened to it. The entire process was confusing, stressful, and handled very poorly.

I sent a money transfer through Danesh Exchange, and I was told it would be completed within 5 business days. It has now been 20 days, and I have only received part of the amount — the rest is still outstanding. I have contacted them multiple times but have not received a clear answer about when the remaining balance will be paid. Very disappointed with this experience and would caution others to confirm timelines carefully before using this service.

من تجربه خیلی بدی با این صرافی داشتم. من در تاریخ ۸ جون پول رو ارسال کردم و قرار بود طی ۵–۶ روز کاری انجام بشه، اما در نهایت بعد از کلی پیگیری و فرسایش، تازه در ۲۳ جون واریز انجام شد. در این مدت پاسخ‌ها مبهم و تکراری بود و هیچ توضیح دقیق یا زمان مشخصی نمی‌دادن. هیچ شفافیت و مسئولیت‌پذیری وجود نداشت و فقط باید منتظر می‌موندی بدون اینکه بدونی دقیقاً چه اتفاقی داره می‌افته. تجربه کاملاً غیرحرفه‌ای و آزاردهنده‌ای بود.
