I had a great experience at Sorenca Auto Service. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. They completed the repair quickly and did an excellent job. They also performed a complimentary inspection of my car, which was a very nice bonus. I came in because one of my tires was slowly losing air, and I had to refill it every 3–4 days. The team quickly found and fixed the problem. They originally estimated the repair would take about 1.5 hours, but everything was completed in just about an hour. I was also lucky enough to be accepted without an appointment, which is quite rare at most auto shops. That said, I would still recommend booking your visit in advance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Sorenca Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality auto repair. Thank you!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Sorenca Auto Services. Based on my experience, I felt like the focus was always on getting more money out of customers rather than providing honest, quality work. The service I received did not justify the cost, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. What upset me the most was the mechanic's attitude. I felt disrespected throughout my visit, and he made jokes at my expense in front of other people, which was embarrassing and humiliating. Instead of treating customers with professionalism and respect, he came across as rude, dismissive, and more interested in entertaining himself than helping the people paying for his services. Was about to book for a safety inspection so I called them about prices as it’s not on the website (just to make sure I’m not getting ripped off). The guy who answered the phone must have been on his period due to how impolite he was. I asked a simple question I wanted answered and his feelings were hurt cause I didn’t ask him how his day was. Hung up right away and found another option. Just make sure when calling to give princess treatment or they won’t help 👸

Last year, I took my car in to repair and replace the front bumper. Their price was cheaper than the other estimates I had received, but as soon as the bumper was replaced, I noticed a noticeable color difference compared to the rest of my car. They also replaced my windshield washer pump, which was broken, but the washer stopped working again after just two weeks. Since winter was over and the shop is far from where I live, I brought the car back to show them the issue. However, they didn’t even check the problem. Instead, they said I would need a replacement and that it would cost $150. I reminded them that last year they replaced it for $50, but they simply said this was the new price and that if I wanted them to do it, they would, otherwise goodbye. Professional guys! Positive experience changing my flat tires Update: One of the exchanged tires I purchased from them ended up deflating after some 2 weeks, and I did not even use the car lately. Disappointed... now I have to change it again, and I will have to buy another tire, again. I wish the tire they gave me had a better quality.

They sold the car we’re discussing and they’re telling me that they don’t want a deposit from me before checking the car concerns I found during a test drive. I feel they took money more than anything and I understand it’s a business, making money is important but at least they could call me before selling without telling me anything. If they’re to do so, I wouldn’t buy their words of “we don’t want your deposit before checking the car” and also they told me for one week “we didn’t have a time to check the car today, we’ll try tomorrow.” I wished to have a good experience with them but it didn’t happen unfortunately.
