Had such a great experience here! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. We especially enjoyed trying the different dips and Persian dishes. The atmosphere was lovely too and the interior has so much character and makes the whole dining experience even better. Our server, Haei, was wonderful; friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking to try Persian food. Would happily come back!

We paid $120 per person for the Nowruz package. The appetizers were actually very delicious and honestly the highlight of the meal.However, the main course was extremely disappointing. We ordered a kebab dish with two types of kebab and fish, and both were very tasteless. I couldn’t eat it at all. I even asked them to replace my food, but unfortunately the second dish was just as bad.If it wasn’t for the appetizers, I would have left hungry. On the positive side, I really enjoyed the music and entertainment, the atmosphere was lively and the dancing was great. Overall, the event itself was enjoyable, but the food quality, especially the main course, really needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this place for the food, although the appetizers were good, the dessert was good as well.

Very highend Persian restaurant. The food was phenomenal. I just wish that they would consider adding "Shirazi Salad" and "Mast-o-Khiar" to their menu, since I've been used to those two items with my Persian kebabs for past 25 years! They have many combinations of kebabs. The staff were so kind as to help me figure out the best combination that fit my desired meat types that I wanted to try. They replaced the chicken breast meat with with the dark (leg) meat for the chicken kebab in my combo, which is always more juicy, and they found the combo that had lamb chops, which I really wanted to try. They were beyond amazing, and all kebabs were super delicious! The kashki-bademjan was beyond phenomenal and unique. Beautiful restaurant. The design. The food. The music, the vibes. Definitely one of my favourite places in the city. We drive from far away every time to enjoy this experience over and over again. Arash was an incredible server and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. That is the kind of hospitality you rarely find anymore. 10/10 — will keep coming back

If you’re a Koobideh Kabab fan, give this place a try! Bazari Kabab was really tasty. The food looked great when it came to the table and the portion was just right. I also really liked the decor. It has a different vibe. The staff were friendly and professional. Good food, good vibe. We’ll be back!

اصلا غذاهاش افتضاح بود سرویس خیلی کند بود از همه بدتر مثل سر گردنه آوردن کیک به سر میز شارژ میشی وبزور تیپ میگیرن و برای موزیک زنده هم هر نفر رو شارژ میکنن چی بگم واقعا ...کباب هاش مثل اینکه بخاطر بوی گوشت اینقدر فلفل زدن و خشک بود و طعم افتضاحی داشت اصلا حتی برای آزمایش هم ارزش نداره یک پرس کوبیده و یک پرس ساطانی 160 دلار شارژ شدیم متاسفم واقعا

Food was really tasty. They were playing live music on site which was really refreshing. Our server Arash was really polite and professional he keeps attention to detail. Highly recommend this place most especially for date nights.

Arash made sure we have a very special night, the food was amazing, and he was wonderful. he made the experience very pleasant.

It was my first and definitely my last visit to Kebab Land. The waitress was friendly and tried to be nice while taking my order, but I still can’t understand how Akbar Joojeh could be so tasteless. I do not recommend the Kebab Negini or the Akbar Joojeh. The food was overpriced, bland, and not worth the money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

My review from Mother’s Day has disappeared! Luckily I copy and pasted to share with friends/family in Richmond Hill. To the owner and management of Roses Kebab Land that was not a good move to pay(I googled this) to have a review removed. I called to book for a birthday party and had to spend 40 mins on the phone because the host was not fluent in English. I was extremely patient and respectful as I had to ask her several times whether they charge gratuity or service fee charges and she responded “no” each time. I had no problem paying it I just needed to know how much my estimated dine in cost would be which is why I called, in advance. They even took a 50 dollar deposit to reserve the table. We get our bill and there was a 15% gratuity Charge. Now I’m extremely shocked because several of my family members confirmed with the host about the gratuity and she said they would charge none. She said “your bill, and taxes” that’s it. Now the manager comes up and basically started calling us all liars saying we had a miscommunication on our end and there is no way his staff could’ve made a mistake. He said it was clear as day t

Today we visited Kabab Land and ordered the Soltani and Koobideh. Unfortunately, the food quality was not satisfactory. The rice was very mushy and broken, and the Soltani was served completely undercooked. They brought me a replacement, after about 15 minutes when my food was cold. When I asked to speak with the manager, Mr Mansouri came , insisting that everything was fine instead of listening to the feedback. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It is unfortunate that customer feedback was not taken seriously for improvement.

Extremely disappointed with the service and communication. We visited on a busy day and asked upfront how long the wait would be. The staff had NO estimate but seated us anyway. Over the next hour and a half, we repeatedly asked for updates on our food, but no one could give us a clear answer or waiting estimate. Finally, after 90 minutes of waiting, they informed us our order would take another 20 minutes. Since we had other commitments, we asked to cancel our order multiple times. The staff resisted canceling and then contradicted themselves, claiming we’d only been waiting 55 minutes, while simultaneously telling us other tables had been waiting over 1.5 hours. Amazing place and great food, we ordered meat lovers platter and it was amazing.

Lamb shank is served in a container with bread covered on top, very tasty too.
