I had one of the best koobideh kebabs I’ve ever had here. Not only is it one of the best in Toronto, but it also stands out as one of the best I’ve had overall. The taste is genuinely on the level of a proper koobideh you’d find in Tajrish, Tehran; juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The staff are also very kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I’d definitely go back again.

We came here from Montreal and, with a busy day ahead of us, we wanted to choose the best koobideh in town. At first, we were a bit skeptical, but the moment we saw the koobideh served with freshly baked bread, we knew we had made the right choice. It turned out to be the best koobideh we’ve had in a long time and brought back wonderful childhood memories. As a bonus, the meal started with a delicious soup appetizer and ended with freshly brewed tea, making the whole experience even more memorable.

I can confidently say this was one of the tastiest koobideh kebabs I’ve had in Toronto. On the recommendation of one of the ladies working there, we tried the koobideh with sangak bread, and it turned out to be the best suggestion they could have made. From the appetizer soup that comes with your order to the freshly brewed tea served at the end of the meal, everything made for a delightful finish to our delicious dining experience. We really enjoyed all of our orders and will definitely be coming back again.

Worst customer service

First time visiting there.Food was great specially koobideh with the sangak bread and fresh herbs. The delicious soup as appetizers and the tea at the end were on the restaurant and free of charge.

My goal is to find restaurants that truly deserve recognition and recommend them to others. For me, great food is far more important than saving a few dollars. I am happy to pay for quality when the food is prepared with care and authenticity. I am very disappointed with how the food culture has changed in Toronto, especially at many small restaurants. Many places call themselves restaurants, but they don’t meet the standards that name should represent. Years ago, there were sandwich shops with only a few tables and simple facilities. I didn’t care about the size of the place or even the basic washroom. What mattered was the quality of the food. Unfortunately, many Persian restaurants today fail to deliver authentic Persian cuisine. A proper Persian barbecue, whether it’s koobideh or steak, should have the unmistakable aroma of charcoal, a slightly crispy exterior, and the kind of appear

The service was good, which is all that is good about the restaurant. The koobideh and barg both tasted stale. The koobideh was much oilier than it should be, and the barg we ordered medium ended up being well done. The overall atmosphere also didn’t feel great either.

I recently ordered from Persian Top Meals, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the ambiance upon entering is confusing—the entrance area looks more like a warehouse, which made us hesitant at first. However, the food quality was the biggest letdown. We ordered a Vaziri combo (Koubideh and Barg). The Koubideh was overly greasy and undercooked in the middle, and the meat tasted stale and low quality. The Barg, which we specifically requested to be cooked medium, was served completely well-done, and the meat lacked freshness, tasting like it had been sitting around for a while. Given the poor food quality and high prices, I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

You can't get a 4.8 rating with a koobideh like this.... First off, every koobideh was raw and I had to cook it in the air fryer myself. It doesn't even taste like beef.... It's like some weird oily mixture. It was just plain awful. Ordered 3 skewers and 2 koobideh dinners from this place. I called and told them my skewers were raw. They offered me to come back to get it redone, but I don't even want the free food tbh. Just insane to be serving raw food for the premium they charge. I can't even chalk this up as an off day; there was no taste either. Salad + ranch was the highlight.

The food was fine, but the service was extremely poor. We went there yesterday, and the staff were very rude to us. There was a woman who seemed annoyed whenever we asked a question, and the customer service standards were far below expectations. At one point, while my uncle was waiting to pay the bill, my aunt and I stepped outside for a moment. The same staff member immediately followed us outside, seemingly to make sure we were not leaving without paying. We found this behavior quite inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially since we had given no reason to be treated with such suspicion. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend dining in at this restaurant.

We ordered the Soltani with bread, served with fresh herbs and grilled tomato.
