Hello, thank you for following up and for your response. I have visited this clinic before with my son and have had some difficulties booking appointments on several occasions. However, the most recent issue occurred last Monday, on Thanksgiving Day. I needed to take my son to see a doctor, and while many clinics had posted that they were closed for the holiday, your clinic was listed as being open until 5 PM. I arrived at around 2 PM, only to find that the clinic was completely empty and the door was locked. I believe it is very disappointing that the posted hours were not checked or updated, especially when patients may be relying on that information to seek medical care for their children.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Abedi during a stressful situation. I had a deep cut on my finger that required stitches, and he treated me with great care and professionalism. What I appreciated most was his kindness and the way he helped me feel calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. This clinic is near my house. And i went there couple times to see dr. Zahra Changizi. She is a very nice doctor helped me out. Really recommend. Also the front desk ladies are very nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with one of your receptionists today. When I called to ask about my grandmother’s report, specifically whether it could be emailed or picked up, I was met with a dismissive and inconsiderate tone. I explained that we were leaving the country that same night and needed the report urgently, but she responded curtly that she “needed to speak with the doctor.” When I asked when that might happen, she replied, “I don’t know, whenever I talk to him,” in a way that came across as dismissive and unhelpful. She also audibly scoffed during the call. We ultimately came in person and were able to obtain the report. I approached her calmly and privately to address the issue without embarrassing her, but instead of acknowledging the concern, she became defensive. She claimed her tone was due to the clinic being loud, but I clarified that the issue

Was in desperate need to get a form signed so I went to this clinic and it was my first time here. They charged me 150 dollars for a form to sign and questionnaire, I probably spent 5 mins with the doctor. 150$ which is ridiculous many other clinics will do it for $60 dollars or less. Was in desperate need so I just sucked it up but do not visit here if you need medical form signed.

This place is absolutely terrible. I've been waiting here for an hour and every single person who came in after me has been seen. There was another lady who was ahead of me who decided to leave after seeing all the Iranians patients seen before her. This will be the last time I come to this clinic. P.S. You should tell your staff not to speak badly about your patients thinking they don't understand Farsi.

I came to Viva HealthCare Centre a couple of months ago and decided that would be my last visit. When I arrived, I was the first person there. The receptionist told me to wait and that I would be called in. Three hours passed. During that time, multiple patients who arrived after me were called in before I was. No one checked in with me or explained what was happening. After waiting for three hours, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. That’s when I was told I needed to sign in on an online queue system — something that was never mentioned to me when I arrived. No one informed me, and no one noticed that I had been sitting there for hours without being registered. That level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. I also felt dismissed and overlooked during my time there. It seemed like staff were much more attentive to certain patients whil

Unfortunately, the doctor did not offer clear explanations or guidance during visits and only repeated the same tests every three months. Even when the kidney condition had progressed to stage 4, we still did not receive sufficient explanation or information. As a result, we chose not to continue our care with this provider.
