I've waited several months for an appointment, while suffering in pain. Receptionist called me over 20 times to make sure the appointment was a go. Today, 3 days before my appointment the secretary called and said my appointment is cancelled due to the doctor is sick. I asked when my next appointment would be, she didnt have a clue and told me to contact my family doctor. I dont remember the health care being this bad in Canada. I hear the stories and I wonder, however it hasn't happened to me until now. Absolutely disappointed with this so called professional specialists practice
