I’ve been waiting for almost a week after sending all my documents, and I’ve been calling every day just to find out whether you accept my insurance or not. It’s really disappointing that no one has given me a clear answer yet. I hope you can handle these matters more efficiently in the future.

Had a tooth that was broken and was smelling. Told the dentist. He tried to convince to not extract but after extraction said it was a good idea. He didn’t cleanse my mouth before or after extraction despite me asking and worrying if it was infected. He also did not prescribe any mouth wash or antibiotics even though there was a smell and I made him aware of this. On the fourth day my extraction site is very excited. Water and salt was not enough. I called to let them know I had to go to doctor for medication and he told me doctors cannot tell me if my mouth is infected and I should have gone to him. However the doctor was able to see the symptoms and diagnosed quickly and prescribed proper medication right away saying she’s glad I came before the holidays because it would have been much worse. She also couldn’t believe he didn’t provide any medication. I have a hard time trusting people

Nothing more than a money grabber. I've been to many dentists before but this place is next level. I was charged $50 for "oral hygiene instruction". The dentist casually told us how to clean and charged me $50. Many many many dentist have provide cleaning instructions for free. I didn't even ask him how to clean. Its like something he told me after a check up and slap on extra $50. Unreal. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dentist unless you want to pay him whatever he wants. Ps, the clinic has just changed ownership recently. The old dentist, Dr Riazi is amazing. But not this new owner/ dentist. Update: Thanks for the reply. Dr. Riazi is the worst dentist I ever seen I don’t know how he became dentist!! He could not even freeze me to do root canal, the injection was so much that my face was hurting and swelling did not go away for 3 days. I did my root canal without needing to go to specialist.. Dr Riazi Your very UNPROFESSIONAL and you don’t even know how to act or have nice attitude toward patients, I feel sorry for whoever comes to you for treatment .

Absolute rip off dentist! Drained my work insurance than had the nerve to send me a final notice bill 7 months later!

Great staff, Dr Omran is an amazing doctor as well as Sarah the hygienist.
