I’ve had a wonderful experience with Optimum Pharmacy . The pharmacist , Dr. Rahmati ,is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and patient. They always take the time to listen, answer all my questions, and explain everything clearly. I truly feel that they care about their patients and go above and beyond to help. The staff are also friendly and professional, and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially because of the outstanding care and expertise of the pharmacist. Thank you for making every visit such a positive experience!

Excellent pharmacy experience. The staff are highly knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient in handling prescriptions with precision. The pharmacist at this location is so professional and nice. She always takes the time to explain my medications and has them ready in a timely manner. I travel from Barrie to her clinic and I have enjoyed every interaction. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy.

Walk-in clinic is a waste of time. I was the only person in there 15 mins before they opened and the nurse(if that is what they are even called) didn't even know I was waiting. I was there for almost 45 minutes before she did see me only to discover you do not even see a doctor in person it's done through web cam. They should have explained prior to me waiting since I would have not have been interested. Do not waste your time going here, very unprofessional and very unorganized.
