At first I was skeptical when a few of my friends recommended the shop to me but it took just one visit to change my mind. Great owner( very nice, professional and very well informed) and the workers there( hard working, clean and experienced). I haven't taken my car anywhere else since and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who truly care about how there car gets fixed( the fast way or the right way).

I went there for a safety inspection, and I was charged $145. They also insisted that they needed to change the rear brake pedal at 38,000 Km, which would cost an additional $195. After all of this, my friend recommended another place that performed inspections on two cars for only $100 total. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide.

I regret to say that I had to downgrade my rating for this mechanic from five stars to one. I'm utterly shocked and genuinely clueless about what has happened to the owner, Bruce. He used to be very responsive and caring towards his customers, and I always enjoyed his service. However, it seems that things have taken a turn for the worse. I made a service appointment for rotor replacement and brake service over the phone about a week in advance. He scheduled me for Saturday, July 22nd, at 10:30 AM. When I arrived to his shop on the appointment date, I was surprised to find the doors shut. This was strange because we had a confirmed appointment time, and according to the store hours posted on their door and on Google, their business hours on Saturday were 9 AM to 4 PM. Behrooz is a very skilled and knowledgeable technician. He used to work at a dealership, so he really knows what he’s doing. He’s also honest and fair, and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Extremely poor customer service. I replaced a part on my car myself and came to this shop for troubleshooting. Instead of professionally explaining the situation, he rudely told me, “Go to the seller who sold you the part, not me.” There are professional ways to speak to customers, even when you don’t want to work on a particular issue. His attitude and way of responding were completely unacceptable. Having mechanical certificate is not enough—respectful customer service matters too. I’ve been to this mechanic twice, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. During my previous visit, he poured the engine oil on the engine instead of into it. As a result, the car’s cabin was filled with smoke for several days, causing nausea for me and my family. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he seemed more interested in rushing the job and constantly complaining while working. His attitude was unprofessional, impatient, and quite rude throughout the entire process. In my opinion, he came across as both greedy and disrespectful, and I would not recommend his services to others.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was a loyal customer for years, but they consistently overcharge, use poor-quality parts, and lack proper mechanical skills. My last visit was a disaster — they gave me a $700 quote, didn’t finish the job on time, installed a refurbished part instead of new, and then charged more than the original price. I’ve always coming here for oil changes and repairs. But honestly, they’ve always charged high prices and used low-quality parts. Over time, I realized the mechanic doesn’t have enough skill — every time he works on my car, new problems show up. The last experience was last week. I got a quote from Behrooz Nemati to replace an alternator — the same alternator he himself had replaced only four years ago. This time, he came up with another excuse, saying the alternator failed because of an engine oil leak, and claimed the head gasket needed replacing too

I have been a customer of this shop since 6 months ago until today and every month I used to visit this place for oil change and any kind of car service. Because I work for Uber, I used to get all the services on a monthly basis, and every time there was a specific problem in the type of service provided by the manager of this collection. The manager of this collection intentionally destroys a series of car parts to get more money from the customer and the behavior of the shop manager (Mr. Behrouz) is very angry and rude. He is not at all professional in his work and I strongly recommend that you do not visit this shop and do not waste your money; There are many other shops that service your car professionally and respectfully.

Great work. I went here because my lock nut key was damage. After looking around about 11 other places including Canadian tire and dealer and Costco with no luck. He said he can try to help me. The price over the phone was great at least compared to dealer or any other places by the hr. He manage to remove it and replace it. I paid him the amount we agree. Without thinking twice he return me some of the money and told me he didn't took the time he expected. I been driving for 15yrs and I never been charge less than the price over the phone. Anywhere else would just make me sit and wait even they finish just to charge the amount they know you will pay. I will recommend here.
