5 stars is not enough! I had an amazing experience from the day I first called in right up until I received the final report. Within just three days, they were able to service my client's home. Jesse provided top-notch customer service, guiding me through every step of the way and answering my emails and calls quicker than anyone I’ve ever worked with. I absolutely loved the experience. I also have to mention the appraiser, Mehran, who was incredibly professional and fast at completing the report. I highly recommend this appraisal company!

Engaged 7 Appraisal Inc. to prepare a retroactive appraisal of a farm property for estate valuation purposes and could not have been more impressed. Their rural and agricultural expertise was evident throughout — they understood the nuances of valuing farmland and outbuildings as of a historical date, and the report was thorough, well-supported, and clearly presented. Turnaround was faster than expected, and communication was prompt and professional from first call to final delivery. Highly recommended.

Super efficient and friendly customer service. Very reasonable rates and high quality reports. We are repeat customers and will definitely choose 7Appraisal in the future!

We had a great experience with 7Appraisal. They were professional, friendly, and completed the house appraisal quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was very smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable home appraisal company.

Excellent service! The appraiser was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The report was clear, detailed and delivered on time . I appreciated the excellent communication throughout the process and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a reliable property appraisal.

Great company and a great team to work with. They’re quick to get the ball rolling and very efficient. As a mortgage broker, I’ve used 7Appraisal for residential and commercial appraisals, and the service was exceptional on both. 10/10, would recommend.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of service that was provided by 7Appraisal. The visit went very smoothly, and Jesse was the utmost professional. She really knew her stuff, and at the same time, she was courteous and approachable. We’ve never done a formal home appraisal before and were not expecting much for our money. Boy, were we wrong. Their report was detailed, thorough, and accurate. From the first to last page (31 pages!), except for five pages of addendum, it was tailored specifically to our property. No cut and paste here. It was very well written and presented. For the amount of work that went into it, the turnaround time was above and beyond. Overall, we are grateful we picked 7Appraisal, and we would highly recommend them. Angie (homeowner)
