I wanted to book a trip and inquired and no reply from you what so ever. Worst service from you. Very disappointing experience with Sky Route Travel (Markham, Ontario) I had a very bad experience with the manager, Clementia, due to her lack of communication and responsibility. She booked my ticket on behalf of an agent from India. When she processed the payment, the amount charged was different from what was originally offered. I immediately received a message from my bank and tried to confirm the transaction, but she did not respond for 15–20 minutes. I waited because I needed her confirmation to approve or decline the payment. After almost half an hour, she replied and told me that yes, it was my transaction, so I approved it with the bank. I also clearly told her that if the payment didn’t go through, she could retry and let me know. She agreed, so I trusted that my ticket was booked and confirmed. This was an expensive ticket for December travel to visit my parents after seven

I just called Skyroute Travel Services, regarding assistance support advice for an elderly aunt who is travelling alone from Toronto to Guyana. The agents were not only rude and dismissive, the last one asked me who booked the ticket, speak with them and hung up while I was responding to him. The favorable ratings awarded to them are questionable, based on my experience with them.

I went to this travel service to aid with a surprise trip for my wife, the agent assist me to book a trip to Cuba without providing or letting me know there was a shortage with food in the country, she had even suggested the hotel she think is a great hotel. However upon arriving and going to buffet to get a meal even though I paid for an all inclusive there was no choices,no fruits no vegetables!!! My wife and I reach out to her letting her know we wish to return home or go to another country because it’s totally unfair for us to book an all inclusive and starving ( I basically paid to live poor in another country) this lady seems like she doesn’t care about no one or their feelings she’s just there to make her sale and collect her pay!!! However after my wife started cry the rep at the hotel assisted us to leave the day after!!! This agent book us a ticket for day 3 which make no sense

I wouldn’t advise individuals to book with this travel service I had the worst experience of a moment which was to be special for my husband and I turned out to be a nightmare. These agents only work for the sales not the best in the best interest of their clients, these agents don’t know what they are doing!!!!!Agent Alice was the agent who assisted my husband to book a surprise trip as an agent she lack information and details on these countries and what is going on within the countries economy. She book us a trip to Cuba for 7days we arrive on Friday it was the worst hotel ever….she book an all inclusive hotel which she claim is a 5 star hotel which was a complete lie. This agent lie for a living and she doesn’t care or believe in individual well being and customer rights. The hotel she booked for us only serve 1 fruit, 1 meal type and I reach out to her to have use return to Canada A

L have an amazing experience every time I approached the staff.

I spent 1 night out of 7 and they refused to give me a refund.

We even had a fabulous Indian meal at a restaurant atop Mt. Titlis in Zurich.
