Anooheh is a great dance teacher who possesses a lot of enthusiasm and love for what she does. She is a very attentive and patient teacher who really cares about your experience in class. My classmates were very welcoming too. I found myself really enjoying the Persian, Azeri and Freestyle dance classes. Even if a little uncomfortable when I first started out, I found that exploring the different rhythms and ranges of movement helped me grow from both a mental and physical perspective. I found it easier to embody the qualities of joy and grace as I deepened my practice, and can feel my body gradually loosening up as I go to her classes. Some classes can be more physically intensive than the others. Whether you desire to feel connected to your roots, or someone who wants to experience the magic of moving and dancing, I would highly recommend making an effort to come and try out a class

The Azerbaijani class was everything I had hoped for and more! As a beginner, I was nervous, but Anooheh and her amazing team were with me every step of the way, offering the guidance and attention I needed to master the steps. They broke down the movements in a way that was easy to follow and helped me correct my form. The environment was so encouraging, and it truly felt like everyone wanted me to succeed. I had been waiting years to sign up for this class, and I’m so thankful I finally did. I’ll definitely be back for more! I can’t recommend this class enough.

Working with Anooheh to prepare for my Persian wedding was the best decision I made! My husband and I attended private sessions to choreograph a Persian dance. She was so supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging! It was such a pleasure meeting her and she made us feel confident and comfortable for our wedding day. I have been attending Anooheh's classes for more than a year now and it has been a pure joy coming back week after week. Anooheh has an incredible passion for dance and teaching it. She doesn't just teach her choreography, but she challenges her students to find their own creativity, not just to follow but also to lead. Anooheh is a passionate , kind and patient teacher. I am proud to see her keeping Iranian and Azari dance alive and passing it on to the next generation.
