I left it in the closet without checking it after dry cleaning, and now it smells like foul oil. I've tried various measures, but nothing has worked. I should have checked it right away and mentioned it... I'm so upset that I have to spend money again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I came in last month (July possibly the week of 19th) to have my uniform dress hemmed and it was the lady who took in and gave us an invoice. I remembered her face because it was me who talked to her and even asked her how much it would cost to alter my other uniform pieces. I came back to let her know the stitches of my dress came undone and asked her if she could fix it. She told me, the stitches were not made by her machine and that I was lying and didn’t bring it into her shop. But how could I even lie when there’s only one in this plaza. I even talked to her calmly and nicely because I know these things to could happen but instead she told me that there’s no way I brought this dress into her shop. I understand they alter and hem clothes all the time but at least have the consideration and try and accommodate your customers instead of telling them that

When a dry cleaner returns only a Portion of what’s on the ticket that’s an alarm as how can those remaining be tracked? This happened more than once and resilted with lost garments! Despite them saying they would call me the next day with information which they did not as to tracing, I had to visit the store five times They say I have a bad attitude- Well, when the customer has certainty that the garments were not returned, and the owner does not call the customer back when promising to do so over a 3 week period and then says that I was seen on security camera, taking the garments back with me to my vehicle - it never happened. Show me the video ! They are careless and sloppy with their Laundry tickets. They also take several days more than other dry cleaners to return standard dry cleaning. Repairs are excessively expensive. I would rate them zero if I could- the lady is very nice,

Terrible alterations. I brought in a brand new dress, and when I went to pick it up, the seams were completely misaligned. The seamstress took it back to fix, but when I picked it up a week later, the stitching was absolutely horrendous. The dress is ruined. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Terrible, first had to come back cause they didn't stitch as requested and put a patch on crooked. Then I come back and they said they couldn't fix it so basically they ruined my Jacket cause the patch is all crooked. I will never be back and encourage you to go somewhere else!
