I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shadi at Yorkdale Dental Centre! She went above and beyond to accommodate me on extremely short notice and provided exceptional care. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to her patients are truly remarkable. So grateful and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

All I can say is wow. I’ve had numerous negative and judgemental experiences at many dentist offices, making me absolutely petrified to attend a dental office in over 15 years. From calling and speaking with Mary for the first time, to Alesia and Dr. Shadi being so pleasant and genuinely caring about my health. They weren’t judgmental, but instead listened to my concerns and was completely understanding of what was going on. The wonderful staff here completely changed my opinion on dental offices, and I will definitely be back for many many years to come. 🩷

Yorkdale Dental Centre (North York) is super amazing, Dr. Shadi is such a nice, super skillful and knowledgeable dentist. She made sure I don't feel pain during my wisdom tooth extraction. She took extra time to give me comfort and make me feel ease. I had smooth and nice experience. All of the team members of this dental clinic are super friendly and helpful. They also gave me a nice discount. Place is super clean and also hygienic. They explain the entire process in detail and provide guidance on preventative care as well. Amazing experience as always. I love the place, the staff, their system and facilities. Tooth extractions are always painful but Dr. Shadi and her team will make you feel as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Worst dental visit of my life. I went there for treatment and came out with a damaged tooth. My tooth is now totally broken, and I can’t even eat properly. This is not normal and not acceptable. The dentist was not careful at all. It felt like a beginner working on my teeth, with no skill and no responsibility. Professionals do not work like this. A dental clinic should fix problems, not create bigger ones. Now I am in pain, stressed, and I will need to pay more money to fix what they damaged. No apology, no responsibility. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Be very careful before trusting them with your teeth.

I am really happy and satisfied with their services and warm reception. My whole family goes there and I would highly recommend them. To show them how much I appreciate them as a team, I made them one of my diamond art pieces of a molar which they display at their entrance. I applaud you all on the good service you provide in your fields.

Went there for a routine check-up, first time going there. The hygienist was rude and had awful bedside manner. The dentist herself couldn't even tell me how a treatment would effect my teeth, she went from a 10% chance to 90% within in a few minutes. Was very inconsistent with her diagnosis. I asked the receptionist for a quote on my treatment and she started complaining about how it was all in a massive binder and she would have to go hunt for it. If you're recommending a treatment for me, I should be able to get a quote at least. Anytime I ask questions about the state of my teeth they all complained about how they didn't have time and I would have to book another appointment. I'm not going back for another appointment. Awful experience, would not recommend to anyone.

Visit this place only if you are ready to pay money. They don’t inform in advance about what is not covered in insurance. When I was booked for cleaning, I was told that it is 100 percent covered. And suddenly after the service I was asked to pay 35 bcz there were a few things not covered in my insurance.I moved from Alberta and have visited other dentists too and always the staff helped to make sure that I’m being informed of what is covered and what is not and helped me plan. Here the lady at reception was very very Rude.

Only 2 words to describe. Rude service. Just to let the management know that i can get better service at other dental clinic. So good luck with your business. Anyone who read this, think twice before you choose this place. I recommend Polar dental or other dental clinics nearby.

Giving 3 star because of past good experiences. We have been very loyal patients for at least 15 years now. Even after moving to Brampton, we made the journey to still come here. Today we had an apt for our daughter Hanna, first time booking an evening time slot. Called in to tell them we would be 15-20 mins late due to unexpected traffic (Anyone coming from Brampton knows the miserable drive to Toronto). We had our apt cancelled mid drive and offered a time to reschedule on a day we never have availability. Very surprised that they couldn't fit our 4 year old in, even at a little bit later, usually very accommodating. Took us 30 mins just to turn around and head home and another hour to get home. Had such a great experience! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It was my first time here as im trying to switch my dental clinic and I got in thr next day after making the appointment. The dentist is so knowledgeable and did not rush me at all and answered all my questions throughly. She fixed a stain on the front tooth and applied bonding and totally bring my confidence back!
