My experience with West Vision was not satisfactory. I found the entire process to be quite stressful and disappointing.

terrible... dont waste your money with them they will screw you over, no professionalism and unqualified fake consultants on their team The receptionist simran has no etiquettes to speaking to PAYING client and they will make you sign contract which doesnt let you post a review because they are aware how horrible they are. When I recieved an approval of PR they refused to mail me my documents until I ordered food for their whole team. Very unprofessional please dont waste your money with them.

No professionals work here. They just want fees for everything but no results will be provided. Just the rejection nothing else. Please avoid them.

I consulted this lawyer for my PR process, but my experience was very disappointing. Initially, they asked for a payment, but later they started demanding more money. When I expressed my concern, they told me it was fine if I wanted to cancel the contract and even assured me that my payment would be refunded. Based on that, I agreed to cancel. However, after two days, they completely changed their stance and said they would not refund anything, claiming that I had “cancelled the contract” and that the work they had done justified keeping the money. This is not what they told me at the time of cancellation. I feel this was very unprofessional and misleading. Please be very careful before trusting them with your money or immigration process.

Very disappointing experience. This lawyer/firm takes no responsibility for their own mistakes. Multiple clients paid thousands of dollars, only to have their applications rejected due to basic errors made during submission—mistakes that were clearly avoidable. When concerns are raised, they avoid communication, yet when it comes to collecting payment they call repeatedly. After rejection, government refunds were held back for months and only returned after repeated follow-ups. We suffered major financial loss, and only we know how difficult it was to manage afterward. A refusal also increases the risk of future rejections, as officers scrutinize previously refused files more closely. Their carelessness caused stress, delays, wasted money, and long-term risk to our immigration process. I strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this firm.

Apparently, paying thousands of dollars doesn’t guarantee careful work. Due to their avoidable mistakes, our application was rejected, leaving us to absorb severe financial loss and the stress that comes with it. Now, thanks to this “professional” handling, we get to live with the added fear of future rejections, since previously refused files are reviewed more critically. A lovely bonus we never asked for. The damage—financial, emotional, and mental—was significant, and of course, irreversible. This experience has permanently affected our confidence in the process. I will never refer this place in my life, and highly suggest others think twice before trusting their future to such carelessness.

I was genuinely interested in proceeding with West Vision Immigration, but my experience with so called Akansha mam was extremely disappointing. As someone paying for a consultation, I believe it’s my right to ask questions and get clear answers. Unfortunately, Akansha’s attitude was rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of providing proper guidance or solutions, she seemed more focused on pushing her agenda and expected me to just “listen” without asking anything. Her tone was unprofessional, and I felt like I was being sold something rather than being offered help. I came for support and clarity, not to be spoken down to. Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. If this is the level of respect they show to potential clients, I’d think twice before trusting them with something as important as immigration.

On Saturday,I booked my appointment with west vision,when i reached their office, the door is locked, and there no one there , i called them, but they didn't attend. If they aren't available on saturday, why do they give an appointment to people. This is a total wastages of time and money as well because i reached there by Uber. This is not professional behavior.
