I have visited the spa a few times to get a service done and my experience was just great! I simply enjoyed the relaxing and peaceful environment, as well as the friendly and professional approach! Leila did my service and she listened and asked the right questions during my consultation to get close to what I wanted as a client. I am very satisfied with my results and I highly recommend her. Thank you Wellsprings Spa for such an amazing experience.

Michelle and the staff at Wellsprings are amazing! I've seen Michelle twice and she's always so welcoming and friendly. She makes sure you are 100% happy with your treatment/service. I can't say enough good things about her and the one lady at the front desk (I'm blanking on her name). I'll definitely be back for more services in the future. Thank you Wellsprings!

I have been seeing Layla for 15 years at the spa and she is absolutely incredible, she goes over and beyond perfection. I also love how she personalize each treatment for every skin type. She really knows her stuff. I wouldn’t see anybody else. They also treat you like a family which is nice not like a customer will continue to see her, hopefully for another 30 years.

I've been receiving my laser hair removal treatments at Wellsprings with Layla and she is awesome!! She goes out of her way to make her clients feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking about having this treatment done :)

Leila is professional, offers excellent customer service & is great at what she does. You can easily trust her because she tries her best to give you the results you expect. It’s a very friendly customer service at the beginning, but on your way out, you feel like you’ve been robbed, bc you end up paying twice as much as it was agreed at the beginning, so regardless of the service, you come away feeling betrayed.

I never write reviews but to hopefully save someone the trouble. I have been to Michelle 3 times for lip fillers and each time only being worse. She does not use a proper technique when injecting. Michelle was unable to fix her mistakes and only made more of mess. Now that I have been somewhere else, I know the difference and it’s a BIG one. Wellsprings is not professional or sanitary. When properly injected, major lumps and uneven lips should not happen. The staff is friendly as well as Michelle but I HIGHLY do NOT recommend

Terrible experience. I went to get fillers in my lips and explained that I wanted a natural look. A doctor came and saw me for maximum 1 minute as a formality. I was taken to the room and reemphasized I wanted a natural look and asked to do half a syringe to start. The nurse (forgot her name) injected half the syringe and said I wouldn't see any results unless I put the whole syringe. I listened to her "advice". My lips immediately were swollen and uneven and I expected that. Days passed by and the swelling would not reduce and the lips were uneven. I even went back 3 days later asking her to dissolve it and she said no. My lips were completely uneven and I was so embarrassed. I haven't gone back since and this was in summer 2017. Since then I've been to another medical clinic- who had to dissolve the left side to make it even, and experienced such amazing results! They don't know what t

This review is in regards to the Etobicoke location. DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC. In October 2015 I purchased a full syringe to inject my lips with, as this was my first time I wanted to use half the syringe, and save the other half for another visit. During my appointment the nurse was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not listen to how I wanted my lips to look. I had half a syringe left, and I asked her if she could package it and save it for my next visit. Her answer was that they do not save syringes, and that they "discard" the product regardless how much you have used. A few days later, I called the Wellsprings back and spoke to the manager. He told me that they save and store the syringes if you do not use the full syringe. To compensate my missing syringe, he promised me that for my next appointment he would give me a full syringe for the price of a mini. I called back today t

I use to go here and Michelle would do my injectables, had good results. But last time I went there was a man injector and my face was disfigured after he injected me. I looked like a freak. Thankfully the injections didn’t last very long, in less than two months there was no visible signs of anything left. Never had that happen before either.

Uneven results. In the beginning great staff Attitude, come 30min early to fill in lots of forms. If your looking for a quick appointment this is not the spa, you have to skype a doctor and fill in lots of forms and Michelle takes her time which is good but if you in a rush not the place for you. My results were uneven and Excuses like, you must be allergic or you must have massage I didn't touch them. I was invited to come back to have them fixed but I was told I have to pay.

My experience was excellent, service was great and environment is comfortable!

There is a reason why this place has the cheapest prices in all of the GTA.

I highly recommend this location I love everyone vibe.
