I and my wife had a hair lazer treatment and it was Extraordinary ordinary experience mina highly recommended very professional and friendly. Pleace very clean. They have coffee station for those waiting for appointments though we never experience waiting. Definitely will be back again

Mina jan was amazing and very patient. The service at the Yorkville branch was done very professionally and carefully, and her attitude was kind and calming. I had a really good experience and I’m completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

100% missed a few parts on my brizillian part (exactly when you sit on the bed about 10cm) when called to see if they can do that 10cm part for me the next day they said they won’t! There are risks for my skin if treated 2 times but that part 100% has not been treated and they don’t even bother to assess it ! The technician was very sweet but the customer care/owner or whoever books the appointments was not helpful

Very disappointing customer service. They take a very long time to respond to messages and are not responsive at all. It feels like they don’t care about their customers or the time and effort people make to come to their business. I drove for an hour because of a simple misunderstanding that could have been resolved with a quick reply, but no one responded. Better communication would have saved me a wasted trip. Their customer service is terrible. I expected much more professionalism and respect for their customers’ time.

“I experienced multiple burns during my second laser session at this clinic, and I am now left with permanent marks despite medical treatment.” On November 8, 2025, I went for the second session of a full-body laser package I had purchased from this clinic. About 2–3 hours before the appointment, I shaved and took a shower. Since I do not have excessive hair growth, I only shaved the visible areas. I have been getting laser treatments for around 8 years, and I followed the same preparation routine in my home country. I have never experienced anything like this before. By the end of the session, I left with a large blistered burn on my left leg, a burn behind my right knee, and a burn on my arm. I panicked and asked if there was a doctor available, but I was told there was no need. After this incident, I requested to cancel my package and receive a refund. I paid in cash: $600 upfront,

I have been doing laser hair removal for about 8 years with and am very familiar with how proper treatments should be carried out. Unfortunately, my session at this clinic was disappointing from start to finish. The treatment did not feel thorough. The laser pulses were noticeably less frequent compared to my previous experiences elsewhere, and I was concerned that some spots were being skipped. I even pointed out one specific area during the session, but the technician insisted she had treated it — yet afterward this was exactly where the hair remained. What raised more concerns was being told that I “needed” to return for a touch-up after 3 weeks. My first and last experience with laser hair removal at Velour Beauty & Laser Clinic was very disappointing. The laser technician merely ran the machine on random spots and completed the top to toe session in just half an hour. When I went home to check the areas, she had literally left hair un-targeted in areas like the face. As a result the hair has come back in a weeks’ time on all body parts. I have been doing laser hair removal for a few years now in my home country and I have never experienced such bad service. I called the technician after a week to let her know that the hair is growing already to which she mentioned it will shed, but it’s been 3 weeks now and the growth is basically like razor hair growth. This experience was a complete date of money and I would never go back to this clinic.

Booked an appointment for October 28 at 11am, confirmed the appointment days prior to going. When l went to the appointment, Mina was not at the clinic. I waited around for her for 15min but she did not show up. Called numerous times but it just goes directly to voicemail. I had to call the sister location to be informed that Mina is out of the country on vacation but there was zero communication with me to let me know. The sister location was very helpful and professional but I would never visit Mina for service again.

Great place, excellent service and amazing staff.

Overall I highly recommend this clinic, the price is unbeatable.
