This is a must stop if you have dark complexion and need laser hair removal. Service is fast efficient and almost painless. I did my laser a few weeks ago but waited to do review so I can be truthful. Fantastic job! It zapped the dark hair away. And I didn't get burn. This place has the right machine to laser dark skin. ( not every last place does). The clinic was clean and well maintained. Very sterile environment. Not a huge space, but big enough to get the job done. They offer last tattoo removal and even Botox too ( administered by a doctor). The price and the service are the reasons I will return. Imagine, all the while I was squandering my money elsewhere when I could be coming here, getting same amazing

I am so thankful to have been referred to Unique Clinic and to have gone through a year of laser treatments with Rojin! Admittedly I was hesitant having heard stories about other clinics and some friend’s experiences with laser hair removal not working. My results are better than expected and I found the treatments to be fairly priced (especially for the results). I opted for full body laser and am down to virtually no new growth. Rojin is highly trained, knowledgable, and only uses the best technology for her clients. Booking appointments are easy and Rojin is completely flexible / accommodating with last minute changes. I finally found a clean and professional place for my treatment. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. In particular, Rojin is excellent and caring. Listen, she’s a wonderful woman but her services didn’t work at all on me and my hair grew back DARKER and thicker!!! She promised me 100% hair removal, and permanent result yet I left w/ more hair than I started with. Underarms, Brazilian and face! She started doing my neck and now I have a 5pm shadow…. I am now doing electrolysis to reverse the damage that’s done. She tried to offer me 1 complimentary service as if that was going to fix the damage and give back $$$. I just wasn’t so lucky as the others. Yikes.

I visited Unique Laser Clinic two weeks ago for a touch-up on my arms, underarms, face, and neck. During the session, I experienced significant burning and pain, particularly in my underarms & neck. Despite informing the technician about the discomfort, she assured me the laser level was low and continued with the procedure. That same day, I experienced severe burning sensations and even was unable to sleep. The next morning, I sent pictures of my underarms, which were almost blistered, and my neck which was very red. The clinic owner, Rojin eventually sent me a small cream without any label, simply instructing me to use it. There was no information provided about the contents or the purpose of the cream. After that, there was no further communication or concern shown by the clinic. I have since visited the doctor twice, who confirmed the burns were severe and prescribed three different

I bought a set of treatment from Groupon for laser hair removal. The place is reasonably clean, no wow factor. Hygiene during the treatment is OK. They don't change the sheet on the treatment table for every customer, the eye shield is not cleaned for everyone, they don't provide a piece of tissue paper even to use underneath. Rojin, who seems to be the manager seems friendly. However, she tries to apply the least number of pulses that is not enough to cover the area of the treatment. She does not apply the highest intensity that is proper for the skin and type of hair. I had 2 sessions done by her and every time my hair grow a lot more comparing to the time that other technicians did my treatment. Their laser machine is a good one, but with this of type of customer service I would definitely not go back and waste my time and money. Maybe, because I did not pay as much through Groupon, I

they were so terrible here - half way through my laser treatment they ran out of something for the laser and suggested I wait 2 hours or come back another day after having driven an hour from downtown Toronto. I heard great things about the laser service but they were awful and had no professionalism or respect for my time. Additionally, the laser didn't even work. DO NOT GO HERE.

Got a microdermabrasion & deep cleansing facial. As soon as it was over & I looked in the mirror I noticed a spot where she had gone too hard with the extraction that wasn't red from swelling but actually had blood. I told her straight away but she was trying to hurry me out the door and she was trying to get me to pay extra tax, more than the value that I paid for the groupon. She just said "she didn't do it" and I was like yes you did then she was like "oh it will go away" I was really annoyed & left and thought I would give it the few hours she claimed it would go away in, but it has been a day & it is still there waiting to scar my face. Extremely unqualified.
