This has been one of the worst and most stressful mortgage experiences of our lives. A major mistake was made by this representative, and instead of being honest, she repeatedly denied the issue and gave us false and misleading information. Her lack of transparency and responsibility directly caused us serious financial damage. Because of her error, we had to pay a large and unexpected amount to release our home mortgage. My spouse was extremely distressed, unable to sleep for two nights, repeatedly crying, and experiencing panic and breathing problems. No client should ever go through this type of emotional and financial harm because of a mortgage specialist’s negligence. Her behaviour was unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. Our experience was a complete disaster.

I had the worst experience with Tara. If I could give 0 starts I would. She is not a trustworthy person, she does not care for her clients. I heard that she is an awful person to deal with but I didn’t believe until I worked with her recently. Please avoid her at all costs.

Unhappy with her, She made a referral that was poor and when I called her back she refused to talk with me and deal with the problem. At the end there was no time left for me and I had to get a private mortgage.
