I approached this company for assistance with obtaining a work permit and residency in Canada, but my experience with them was not positive. From the beginning, the level of transparency and responsiveness was very low, and I was not provided with sufficient or accurate information. In a process this sensitive, one would expect a high level of professionalism and precision, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This had a significant negative impact on

The consultation itself was thorough and detailed. She took the time to walk me through my options clearly, without overwhelming me with legal jargon. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered. What stood out most was how warm and reassuring she was and genuinely made me feel like my case matter

We, as a family, authorized my father to act on our behalf in working with this firm for the matters we needed assistance with. Our experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. Their unreasonable decisions and failure to adhere to their contractual obligations clearly reflect a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. The way this matter was handled had a significant negative impact on our family, and personally caused me considerable stress and pressure. I strongly recommend that others carefully evaluate and proceed with caution before engaging with this firm.
