5 months agoRelaxing place. The food was great; tried the chengeh, koubideh and torsh kabab and some chicken. They bake their own thin crust bread too which was very good. The service was so so. Overall it's Recommended!

a year agoWe went to Soufi for lunch with some friends and ordered Kabab Torsh, Koobideh kabab , and Joojeh Kabab. The food was really high quality and tasted great. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing that could be improved was the doogh (yogurt drink) — it didn’t have much flavor. Other than that, everything was excellent!

a year agoAn amazing restaurant with excellent service and very friendly staff. The lamb stew and other dishes were great, but let me tell you about the koobideh kebab—it's honestly unmatched in Toronto. I’ve tried koobideh at many places, but this was by far the most delicious I've ever had. The prices were reasonable considering the quality, and the environment was clean and pleasant. Also, don’t miss their delicious shallot yogurt served with freshly baked bread—so good! Thank you for the amazing food and great service!

Edited a year agoBeautiful Persian restaurant — quiet, cozy, and perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. The food quality is amazing! We highly recommend Soufi Restaurant to anyone looking for truly delicious Persian cuisine. The staff are also wonderful — Ali and Rose were both amazing and took great care of us. Many thanks to them for their excellent service!

a year agoIf I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Soufi Toronto transported me straight to Shiraz the moment I walked in. The walls are filled with beautiful pictures of iconic Shirazi landmarks — it felt like a warm, nostalgic walk through the heart of the city. The koobideh was hands down the best in town — juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. Their house-made ayran was creamy and refreshing, just like you’d have in Iran. The cherry on top? The incredibly welcoming staff and owner, who even brought us tea with such kindness and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that captures both the flavors and the soul of home, but Soufi does it effortlessly. Can’t wait to go back!

4 days agoVery disappointing experience! I drove 30 minutes to get to this restaurant, only to find out it was closed. I had already checked Google before leaving, and it clearly showed that the restaurant was open. It was a complete waste of my time and gas. The restaurant should keep its business hours updated on Google so customers don’t make unnecessary trips. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

5 days agoWhat you order is not what you get. Worst experience ever! Don’t buy food from here! There are so many other Iranian restaurants that offer much higher-quality food.

5 days agoExtremely Disappointing Food and Terrible Customer Service! This was my first time ordering from Soufi Persian Grill & Lounge, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I ordered the Zereshk Polo with Shandizi Chicken based on their advertisement, but what I received looked NOTHING like what they promoted. The difference between the advertised picture and the actual food was shocking. On top of that, the food had a very unpleasant smell, and I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. I returned the food and requested a refund, but they refused to give me my money back. Their customer service was extremely disappointing, and they showed no effort to resolve the issue or make things right. I even explained that I usually order from Darband Restaurant and that this was my first time giving their restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision. The food was disappoint

a week agoI'm very disappointed with my recent visit to Sufi Restaurant. I ordered the koobideh with rice, but when I got home, I found that the rice was old and stale, not fresh at all. Even worse, the rice was filled with bits of grilled tomato. While the food used to be great here, the quality has really gone downhill, and unfortunately, I won't be returning or recommending this place to others anymore

a year agoServers didn’t show to ask if the customers need anything. It took more than 1.5 hours to bring foods. They said that they didn’t have barg Kabab finish day before. Baghala polo was not done properly. One small neck piece with not enough meat but a lot of fat. Mirza taste was not good. Not good ambiance. I heard that zeytoon was fine. I heard bademjoon eggplant was fine. Not many people in restaurant.

a year agoTerrible terrible food and service. Table was dirty, food took forever to come, bread with the appetizer is tortilla bread lol… is this Mexican restaurant or Iranian? Chicken was rubbery and beef didn’t event taste real. Over all the food was flavourless and gross, I left the restaurant with most of the food untouched as seen in the pictures. As a Persian person I was surprised and ashamed to bring anyone here. Asked the server for butter and onion and she looked at me like I was crazy????

2 months agoUnfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Soufi Restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor, and the portions were very small considering the prices. On top of that, we were charged the service fee twice for the same table. Overall, the experience was terrible and completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.000000

a year agoWe were a group of six, each ordered different dishes—every single one was completely tasteless. Honestly, I’m still curious how they managed to make six different meals taste like nothing. We packed the foods for our dogs. Hope they are not disappointed.
