This man lied to me and overpriced a power bank for me because I said I’ve never bought one before. I bought it for $56 and he said it could charge my phone full three times and the power bank couldn’t even charge it full once. I went back to the store to return and he said they don’t refund. Now I’m stuck with a bad power bank and I’ve lost $56. I’m never going back there

The man that served us was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Service was quick and easy. We went in because it was the closest store, we needed our charger port on our device fixed. Would definitely use their services again, and would recommend.

Says he's open but then he's not in store. I try to call him and he pics up sometimes but not others. Very unreliable. The other guys on the same strip mall are mucb better

I got my phone screen fixed by them, only lasted two weeks before it became WORSE than what it was before. And the owner wanted to charge me AGAIN. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. You’ll be sorry. Just a waste of money. All the good reviews left on here are on fake spam accounts. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

*Adding on to Megan Noon's rant* Ah yes, Mr. Austin. The face who "apparently" runs the place. One of the brothers who runs the flea market operations store at, Old Weston Rd. Flea Market as well. Great guy but a coward ass thief. At least 7 months ago, I gave an Iphone 6 to you to fix my brother. $140 in total, I never got back cause your lying ass probably sold it to someone else, while you were absent from your shop for 3 months, right? That day you looked into my eyes and told me the phone would be ready by the next day, I come the following day, nobody knows what happened to my phone. So everyone (including you) is playing me stupid. All good my friend. Keep stealing, keep making up lies to your customers to make sales. It will eventually catch up to you.

I have never had such bad customer service in my life. They just sit their talk in their language t assist you, until you stand their for at least 10 min. they gave a phone that was not gud, I brought the phone back then they told me i was the one that damaged the phone, that i should pay them more to fix the phone in which was damaged when they sod it to me, that i barely used.I had the one for less than 24hrs when i realised the phone was faulty, due to my busy schedule, i brought the phone 3 days after, they told me they will fix , if not give me a new phone. i came back when they said i should, and it still was not fixed, kept coming back for gud 5 days wasting gas and time. still phone was not ready, i am done with them, going to the police to make a report , they took my money the damaged phone and were just telling me to keep coming back. they trying to dupe me, of my hard

So i went to this location for my repair of my iphone . As enquired by Apple too the repair was almost $750 but this guy repaired my device for almost half the price and gave me some bunch of accessories for my device . Really appreciate the 7 star customer service from Sal. Highly recommended and will visit the store again for my further needs too.
