I had such a lovely experience with Sheida and Niloofar! They did my balayage and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. I’ve already gotten so many compliments and I’m obsessed with the result 🥹💕 What I really appreciated was how careful and honest they were throughout the whole process. Sheida made sure to do a bleach test first and didn’t start anything until she saw how my hair reacted and knew it wouldn’t get damaged. That made me feel really comfortable and showed how much they genuinely care about their clients’ hair health. Both Sheida and Niloofar were so sweet, welcoming, and professional, and they made the whole appointment such a nice experience. You can tell they really love what they do. Highly recommend them if you want beautiful results and stylists you can truly trust! ✨

Sheida and her team are truly one of the best blonde specialists in town! ✨ She takes the time to carefully listen to what you want and does her absolute best to create exactly what you were looking for or dreaming of. I got a haircut with Haik and a balayage at Sheida Hair Studio, and I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Mastooreh did my colour, Sheida did the toning and made sure every detail was just right, and Maryam styled my hair beautifully. Sheida truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with exactly what you want. Everyone in this salon is so kind and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their clients. Hi , I recently got my hair cut at the salon, and it looked fine initially because it was styled with a blow-dry. However, after washing it at home, the result was not what I expected. I went in influenced by social media posts, and since it was styled during the appointment, I didn’t fully notice the cut at the time. My hair is uneven—one side is longer than the other. I specifically requested a cut suited for my naturally curly hair, but it was cut bluntly, which is very difficult to style for curly hair. I’m currently struggling to style my hair, and I will likely need another haircut. Considering I paid $140 for one cut, having to pay again is quite frustrating. I wanted to share my experience honestly.

I had a keratin treatment done here by parisa. The appointment took about 10 hours, with no time estimate given beforehand. I was unable to take a lunch break during the entire service. What concerned me most was that I never saw the product being used it was mixed in a back room and brought out already prepared. The stylist wore three masks throughout. The smell was noticeably stronger and different from every other keratin I’ve had done elsewhere, and I was worried about what I was being exposed to for that length of time with no explanation of what the product actually was. I was told this was a superior treatment that would last if I followed their aftercare and used their recommended shampoo. I did both. Within a week the results had already visibly faded, and by two months in it was as if I’d never had it done at all. Friends and colleagues who knew I’d had it done were genuinel

I had a very disappointing experience with Haik. The haircut looked nothing like the reference photos I showed. I asked for soft layers, but my hair was cut blunt and straight. During the haircut, I repeatedly said this wasn't what I wanted, but my concerns were ignored. Afterward, he blamed a keratin treatment I had over two years ago instead of taking responsibility. A professional stylist should be honest from the start and let clients know if they can't achieve the requested style. I paid $120 plus a $20 tip and left very disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this stylist.

Worst experience I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked a consultation for highlights and even sent photos of the look I wanted beforehand. I was told it would be no problem, and I was quoted $600. After testing my hair, I was told that instead of highlights, my entire head would need to be bleached. I trusted the stylist's professional judgment and agreed. The final color was nothing like what I had asked for. I was told to wash my hair and come back to have the toner adjusted. After just one wash, my hair turned orange. When I returned, I explained that I was unhappy with the result and asked to go back to brunette. The stylist dyed my hair again, but after only one wash, it turned orange once more. Now my hair has multiple different shades throughout, and the color is extremely uneven.
