I would love to rate it 10 (out of 5). But no option for A+++ here. Ms. Shadi Jafarian is one of the most intelligent and experienced specialists I've worked with in Canada since 2010. She is always there to help you online or over the phone, with a super positive attitude, tirelessly and patiently. Top notch in her expertise in optimizing your investment. I wish her the best. So do I for CIBC, and particularly this branch as a team. All the best, E.M.
