We had such a great experience the other day with Shabila at Scarborotown Chrysler. He was really helpful and knew his stuff, he took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for. He made the whole process easier and comfortable, we ended up with the perfect car for us. We both are really happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Shabila!

David was fantastic from start to finish. When we went to see the vehicles, they were ready for us at the front to be test driven. David noticed what I liked and went and brought a third vehicle, which ended up being the one we purchased. Great communication throughout the process.

Excellent. The body shop manager Joe came over and had a look at my truck and noticed I had two more months left on my rust warranty. The body shop did almost $11,000 worth of work under warranty. If he didn’t bother to check a year or two from now, I’d be paying that when it needed to be done. I can’t think this guy enough, for saving me $11,000 and a lot of phone calls. His assistant was also amazing in the car rental process which was covered under warranty as well as answering all my questions and concerns. I couldn’t be happier from this experience. I will be coming back and recommending them.

A year ago I purchase a new vehicle from Scarborough Town Chrysler and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after buying the car, I discovered an issue that needed repair. While they did fix the original problem, they damaged the fender during the process. When I brought this up to the sales manager, I was told there was nothing more they could do and they couldn’t spend more additional money on my car. They’re leaving it as it is. So they left it unresolved. This kind of service is unacceptable, specially for a new vehicle purchase. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed the issue and offered no proper solution. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership or getting your car serviced here. They are not helpful and do not stand behind their work.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After multiple follow-ups from their sales representative (Kurshal), I agreed to move forward with ordering a vehicle and paid a $2,000 refundable deposit. They proceeded to pull my credit and assured me the vehicle would be ordered within a week. Weeks later, the vehicle was never ordered. Since requesting my refundable deposit back, I have received no response. Calls are not being answered and emails are being ignored. It is extremely unprofessional to take a customer’s deposit, run their credit, and then fail to deliver or communicate properly. Transparency and accountability seem to be lacking here. I would strongly advise potential buyers to get everything in writing and think carefully before leaving a deposit with this dealership.

This Dealership does false advertise to lure the consumers. I am in market for Grand Cherokee L Overland model and This Dealership had advertise the Grand Cherokee L Overland Demo for $49,499 on their website and Auto trader. i have attached screen shots for refference and i submitted online inquiry on 16th January 2022 and i received call from dealership in morning on 17th January at 9:12am and Lady confirmed that vehicle is in stock and i will get call soon from Salesperson. I waited 2 hrs and called in and i was told that vehicle is not in stock and it was mistake and VIN number showing is from other vehicle but i decoded that VIN number, showing on first picture which i took from their website and vin number is for 2021 Overland which is correct as per advertisement. i have attached screen shot from auto trader and one from their website but now they have removed it from their w

Bought a Toyota Sienna "as is" from Scarborotown Chrysler. Only to discover a few days later had both head gaskets blown, leaking coolant.engine job would cost me a few thousands more to be driveable.i had an idea on other repairs needed, suspension, exhaust,etc,but not an engine. I Asked them for help in any way, anything they could help me,only for them to decline,they told me they couldn't help me. By the way, every dealer inspects vehicles for general conditions When traded in,that way they will know how much in profits they gain.Don't tell me you didn't know it needed a huge engine job. I would stay away from Scarborotown Chrysler Dodge Jeep . So Disappointing,desceptive

We came here from Brampton driving 50KM We mentioned David regarding the same, but he was at his worst at customer service We came in for trade in value and wanted to have a test drive but we were late so we were okay not getting test drive - the store was still having time to close around half hour But he didn't even called us inside the showroom it was windy to 40km and he made us stand outside..... And agruging we can't give the trade amount although we mentioned we can sit an talk and our mind would change but seriously he told No that's not we can give Atleast you should discuss we came driving 50KM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY JUST WANTED TO GO HOME AND DIDN'T BOTHER US TO CALL INSIDE AS IT WAS 30 MINUTES LEFT FOR THERE CLOSING THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN STUCK THERE...
