Great restaurant for takeout or dine in . Casual. Close to all the marinas in Keswick . Very handy and delicious home cooked style meals.

I was recommended this place by trades people colleagues, I was leaving an event in Burlington to head to Keswick, and got grabbed and said "if you're going to Keswick there is a place called Sammy's something, maybe Sammy's chicken, anyway GO THERE they are a hot table restaurant and when doing a job in Keswick they went every day, great value for money and great food". Not one to ignore a Tradies restaurant recommendation I came to try it out. Service was everything you'd expect, friendly patient, and accommodating. The quality of the food surprised me, the beef barley soup is great. The meatloaf great, and I got a side of chicken curry, which was great as well but the portion sizes were such I didn't need the extra. Long winded review to say if you're looking for good value, good food, quickly. You won't be disappointed. Note only seating for 16 inside

Their portions are always enough for lunch the next day (or another dinner) and they season to perfection. I had the chicken shawarma plate with rice and a Greek salad, which was massive. Their chef sauce is gold, too addicting.

This BBQ chicken was absolutely amazing! The meat was so juicy and flavorful, and that smoky sauce was just perfect. The rice and veggies were fresh and tasty too. Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve had in a while!

I had a busy day and stopped to pick up some ribs and Cesar salad on Saturday. I went out of my way to do this.. I was super disappointed. I use to stop here longtime ago but no more. I asked for 1/2 with sauce and the other no sauce. The one side with sauce was burn and small portion. My salad was full of too much dressing, the taste was too overwhelming. I tossed it because I couldn’t eat more dressing than salad. The guy also put the salad on top of my hot ribs in a bag together so salad was warm by the time I got home. The guy was on the phone most of the time while preparing my food. The tv and very loud.

If you’re craving for some good home made food this place will be at the top of my list. It was so delicious that I simply did not have the patience to take a picture of the food. I would recommend to try their hot table daily specials you will never go wrong with the roast beef with some mash and vegetables reminded me of my mother in laws cooking. The lasagna is another one you should not miss the cheese crust was slapping and I don’t even like cheese.

Very pleasant experience

All staff were friendly, clean restaurant and fresh food. I ordered party meal combo for my birthday party and my guests were happy with the food!

Bottom of the barrel mash potatoes. No cole slaw left at dinner time and very Unprepared with food and amounts during the week at 530 pm. Sweating over food and wiping face with hands then touching things. It was not good to see from a food handling perspective and we left. This place has gone down hill

Been going here for a long time last two times was a disappointment and tonight me and the wife got two chicken shawarma plates with fries, and it wasn’t even edible $40 thrown in the garbage

Used too eat here all the time before it went under new owners, tried it the other day and the lasagna (used too be my favorite) has a VERY overwhelming garlic or olive flavour, just not good. Was excited they added macaroni and cheese but what I received was greasy butter noodles with 0 cheese. Everything’s just got WAY too much garlic

I had been years ago and it was pretty good. A few weeks ago I went and got the lasagna. It looked good but once I tasted it, I couldn't eat it. It had an overpowering taste of olives. I like olives but this was too much. I'm not sure if it was meant to taste like this, but it didn't taste like lasagna. I was very regretful considering how much it cost. Sorry, not a fan anymore.

Best place to eat home cooked food in keswick hands down.
