I’m from the States and wanted to send flowers to someone in Toronto for a birthday, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The arrangement came out absolutely beautiful and looked just as amazing as I had hoped. Their team was super friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me updated by email every step of the way, from confirming the order, to letting me know when it was out for delivery, and even sending me a picture confirmation once it had been delivered. Being in another country, that extra communication really gave me peace of mind. Their website is also incredibly easy to use and makes ordering from out of town simple, but I love that you also have the option to call in and place an order directly if you prefer. My husband ordered surprise flowers for our anniversary. I opened the wrapper and numerous flowers were wilted and brown. Very disappointing. Also, $100 should get you a better and fuller bouquet.

I ordered a very small bouquet just two roses and was really surprised by how expensive it was.they’re charge me $32!and charge ma $2 for the colour spray to change the white roses to blue!and charge me for the design!wich design ? I have no idea…lol!there was no special design or effort in the arrangement. For such a high-end price, I expected something more creative or thoughtful. There are many other flower shops in the area that offer much better quality and design for a more reasonable price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back.

I pre-ordered a bouquet and paid in advance. It cost $90.00. I was actually stunned when I saw the bouquet. It had 8 flowers no greenery and was not even given with tips over the stems for preservation of the flowers. Although it looks nice 90.00 is an outrageous price for what was received. If I hadn’t paid in advance I would have walked away. What a disappointment and a business that took advantage of someone who was willing to pay upfront. The photo of the nearly 100.00 bouquet is below. I would have paid 40.00 for this value.

Terrible experience at this florist. Came in here hoping to pick up roses for Valentines day and was treated rudely for no reason whatsoever. Staff member asked what I was shopping for and I told her roses for Valentines day, and the sassy response I received was: "wow, you don't say". They proceeded to show me 1 dozen of roses and told me it's all they have left, that the price was some exorbitant price, and that if I don't like it I can just leave. Nothing else was said to me after that and the staff just walked away to go do other things and never bothered to check to see if I wanted the roses or maybe offer some other suggestions, etc. As a small business it's terribly operated with high prices and rude staff members. You're not the only florists in town and I'd rather spend my money where the staff at least make an effort to appreciate my business.

Only here because of several messages asking for feedback so here it is...Mother's Day flowers didn't arrive until after 9 pm. I've been a client for over 10 years and this is the first time this has happened. Assuming there's been a change in ownership or something so will be using a different place next year.
