Rose Kebab

I hesitated going here because of some of the reviews. TBH I think some were personal attacks. It’s a sweet woman. Customer service was perfect. Food is also a 10. Definitely coming back tomorrow!!

The best Persian kebab I’ve ever had in Toronto! This place is a must! The portions are generous. Rose is a nice lady who cares about her customers! She also has delicious yogurt! The prices are really reasonable! Strongly recommend!

This will be featured on amazing_t.o_eats on Instagram. 5 stars hands down!!! First of all, the service is top notch, so fast. Great for a quick lunch. The owner is truly the sweetest woman. My order was made with so much love. The flavor of the chicken is absolutely incredible. There is something in the photo that looks like a scoop of ice cream. Well let me tell you! That's hummus, the best hummus I've ever had. It was covered in tahini sauce. I mentioned to her that I eat really healthy. I have a low carb diet. She is so flexible making me a custom meal to suit my needs. To go over and beyond for a custom who she's never met before. When I saw my meal I was so amazed. I had to take some photos. Seeing is believing!!! If you're like me a true foodie. This is by far my highest recommended place !!!

Rose kebab is such a treat! I love the chicken shawarma plate and the Greek fries, the portions are so generous and the food is delicious. The rice she serves is my absolute favourite. Everything is made fresh so it's hot and enjoyable to eat. Rose is a joy to chat with, and she is incredibly kind and you can tell she cares a lot about the food she prepares.

Excellent lamb chops, juicy, tender and perfectly grilled. Chicken souvlaki is also excellent. Also have tried koobideh and it was perfectly grilled and juicy. Service is excellent! I love the ice cream you have to try saffron flavour it is amazing!

Had a wonderful experience at Rose Kebab! The food was absolutely delicious and very tasty, with great flavor and fresh ingredients. The lady serving us was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Her service was fast and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. Excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere — what more could you ask for? I would definitely recommend Rose Kebab to anyone looking for delicious food and great service in Toronto. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the most unprofessional restaurant I have come across so far. We visited donmills food court with kids, because it's usually less crowded and safe for kids to walk around freely in a safe and monitored environment. Until today we had really great experience visiting this food court. We had enjoyed food at simbas, chachu's, savoury samosas, etc. All that good vibe was ruined by Rose Kebab's unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviours today. One thing I noticed is that this restaurant is always empty during our visits (most likely no one seems to like their food as well). But regardless of how their food taste, I will never give them my business because of their unprofessional customer service. The owner of this restaurant is either racist (i have strong feeling) or doesn't appare to be kids friendly or both. While we were minding our own business she appeared out of no where and star

Absolutely disgusting attitude. She treated my kids horribly for simply playing around, and the way she spoke to them was completely unacceptable. The attitude was rude, atrocious and completely pathetic . Maybe focus on treating customers with respect instead of taking your personal frustrations out on children. The food is disgusting, the attitude is worse, and clearly there’s a reason nobody wants to eat here.

They served me old icecreams (melt and refrozen) and even the cones they gave seems old. Took Vanilla complete icy and walnut icecream taste bit off. We had to throw it.

I received a hair in my food, when I complained to the lady that works there she said that its part of the recipe and makes it authentic. I told her that cant be true and she started yelling and closed the shop….

UPDATE: the owner replied to my review but has me mistaken for someone else lol. I have only been to the plaza once during non-busy hours, where the lady was yelling at the few people in the food court. There is a lady who works here that many other reviews seem to mention - she is extremely rude and will yell at random people in an empty food court if you don’t buy from her stall. Because of her sour attitude and her history of harassing other patrons, I would avoid this store.
