Unfortunately, I had a very disrespectful and unpleasant experience with Mr. Pouria Mohammadian. Because of the way I was treated, I would prefer not to work with the company he represents in the future. I respectfully ask the company’s management to provide him with better training on professional and respectful customer service, so that other customers do not have to experience this kind of treatment.

Terrible service, front desk response aggressively, rude. If agent doesn’t work in their company anymore so they cannot provide you with any documents or copies from your files, BUT! When you e-transfer them first and last payment for rental property , they happily accept it, your agent gone? - so you nobody for them. So beautiful) I asked - can I come to your office so you can identify me and pull up the files- answer was- “For what?!”

Overall, I was more than happy to interact with this company. They offered a fare deal and communication was fast and straight. my agent Pouria Mohammadian, is a real state professional expert, with brilliant suggestions and support. Be very wary of using this agency. We worked with Slava Ryzhikov to secure our rental and found him to be shady, unreliable and incredibly dishonest. At the time of closing we had noticed our carpets had not been professionally cleaned as we had agreed upon in the lease agreement. Instead of rectifying right away he tried gaslighting saying we never asked for that. When we showed him the document that said the carpets would be professionally cleaned he said we should have mentioned “with chemicals” and not simply vacuumed. He wasted over two hours of our time while our young toddler waited patiently in the empty house. It wasn’t until we cancelled our key deposit and threatened to go to the landlord tenant board that he finally agreed to have the carpets cleaned. We found it unusual for an agent to be so combative however we later learned he is close friends with the landlord and managin

Trying to reach the brockerge and realtor from last three days .as my client liked one of there listed property at graymar road, Brampton, Wanted to discuss some points before sending offers .realtor's direct contact number no where available. Office s voicemail is unable to record more voice messages and no body picking up phone .no wonder this perfect listing in staying in market for so long .

Worst experience with an agency ever. Bidding wars, unresponsive company, no regard for clients. I used a leasing agent through this company who was also the power of attorney for my landlord. I’ve never witnessed such disgusting behaviour. Used several different scare tactics and bullying tactics to prevent me from ending the lease. Did not return half of my key deposit because THEY “lost” one of my keys after I returned them ( only $50 to replace). At one point the agent became so belittling towards me as a woman that I could no longer communicate with them and had to have my partner do so. Tried to make a complaint several times and no one from the company has gotten back to.
